    My son is on the slim side, so I purchased the brown color, size medium, for his 12th birthday. The fit and quality are great and it's now his go-to layering piece as he says it keep him warm when he's playing outside.
    If you have a fashion conscience child, they will appreciate the style of this sweatshirt and the Carhartt logo down the sleeve. If you have a child who loves to collect things, they'll love the functionality of the kangaroo pocket (just be careful when it's time to do the laundry! LOL!)
    The is a great, stylish, functional, durable sweatshirt that I would recommend. I love it so much that I've purchased several more as Christmas presents!

    Well and good quality materials. Nine year old grandson looks good and loves his new sweatshirt. I bought him two because it’s all he wants to wear to school. Cost was good and being Carhartt brand it should last him couple of years.

    It's a nice hoodie. Based on reviews I ordered a size large for my 10 year old who weighs 85lbs and is 4'9 and it was big on him. Washed a few times to shrink and still a bit big but he still likes it and will fit for years.
