First of all, the "renewed" set came in 2 boxes. So when I return it, I will need 2 return labels: easier said, then done. Each of the 4 pieces were a problem, none of which were addressed with the "renewal". It took me an hour to get the Soundbar to pair with my Roku TV. It did not help that the onscreen instructions were in Spanish, or maybe Portuguese. No matter, they were Greek to me. After an anxiety filled hour the foreign languages went away and the Soundbar paired with the TV. It was a huge improvement in sound quality. However, I was not so excited about pairing the 2 back speakers, or the subwoofer. I decided to do the subwoofer first. It was in such bad condition that it looked like it had been kicked around in a rugby game. I got nothing: no power on light and no pairing. OK, let's try the back speakers: I got a power on light but no pairing. It turns out that I had to "reset" each speaker because they had been "paired" previously. One would think that the "renewal" team would send out "reset" speakers to make it easier for their customers; NOPE. Once both speakers were "reset", they worked fine. Then I returned my attention to the subwoofer. After some time, I concluded that the subwoofer was DEAD ON ARRIVAL, oddly something that the "Renewal" process apparently missed. Since it was a set, I decided to return everything. Amazon said OK, but only provided me with 1 of 1 Return Label. So then I had to speak with the Amazon Computer by phone, then I got to speak with Angel in some foreign country. After some time of quiet phone, I was given 2 options: wait for the second Return Label to miraculously appear, or pay for the 2 Return Label myself and wait for the compensation to miraculously appear. Overall, it was a very bad experience and huge waste of my time. I have concluded that there will be NO MORE RENEWED PRODUCTS FOR ME.
