    This dishwasher came scratched and did not work properly. Wouldn't clean or dry a load of dishes that were rinsed well before loading. Used cascade and jet dry which I never had issues with in my old dishwashers. I was able to return the product, but the seller never refunded me. They stopped responding to messages after the item was returned and had to have Amazon intervene to get my refund. Amazon had to file a claim and I finally got my refund after a month.

    Love the looks and capacity. Super quiet. Lots of room and versatility, but I haven’t mastered the control panel. The manual isn’t very clear and there’s no other help online, so I’m winging it.

    All lights went off on control panel on April 2 was2 weeks old. I called telling them no troubleshooting ideas in book worked.
    They gave me another code (which I lost) and it started up. here on 8/1 no lights again. I called them. They didn't have a tech to help me.
    they wanted ME to take it apart and tell them code number of control panel. no repair person with their company. junk

    Bought this through Amazon and it will be the last time I buy a major appliance through them. Having problems with the dishwasher. Very poor user manual and no one nearby to service. They are requesting I return the dishwasher to California to service. I would recommend to avoid this company.

    Door spring that holds the door broke the first week. Now the door latch that holds the door closed malfunctioned. Tried finding replacement parts and it doesn't look as tho any are available. Now I'll have to replace a new dishwasher with a new dishwasher, since the return window has closed. Not buying spt again.
