5.0 out of 5 stars Great computer

Best budget PC out there prebuilt. I have the same case and decently fast card, and thought I would Upgrade for a PC and use the other for a reserve. plugged it in, turned it on and had no issue at all. Plays competitive games like Fortnite without any issue and runs strong. Nice to have a matching case and great gaming components to go with it. Had it for a week, it’s pretty much broken in and has no issues so far. Hope it continues to be that way

5.0 out of 5 stars Best I've ever owned

The best I've ever had and I've had about 10 different computers over the years , this was super easy to set up , I you can read directions then follow user friendly prompts to update the computer , don't forget to get a surge protector and anti virus of some kind ,it's super fast , graphics are superb , they are absolutely marvelous, crisp clear, pushes ultra smoothly , great buy , well worth every penny .glad I purchased it . I'm so excited , I've been happy ever since I received the package , we all could use a super good computer , look no further , here it is and it was within my meager budget, hope this helps, thanks for reading

5.0 out of 5 stars This on sale so it was a better deal than other PCs

I bought the iBuyPower Y60 with the Ryzen 9 7900x, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super, and DDR5 memory. This on sale so it was a better deal than other PCs. I like how crisp everything looks, and my PC has two GPUs so that gives promise of performance advantages. I played the Witcher 3, and it looked great. This a good high-performance PC, hardware is expensive now, so having a deal like this a positive

1.0 out of 5 stars Others bought power, I bought disappointment.

TL:DR - Y60 arrived with broken parts, Amazon rep said one thing, IBP Rep said another, RMA was denied for broken parts, shipped system back, stuck waiting for refund.

The Y60 arrived late and was delivered by USPS oddly, the shipping box seemed alright but after taking the Y60 out of the shipping box the system box had a large dent/gash in it which immediately was concerning.

Unpacking the Y60 everything looked pristine in quality, but there was an odd expanded foam cushion pressed against the 4070 TI Super, when it was removed the 4070 was more diagonal that sitting flush in the port.

Ended up having to use the motherboards HDMI port to get a display(for obvious reasons), and the liquid cooling unit continued to make rather strange noises. Figuring the system just needed the 4070 drivers I downloaded the needed drivers only for the installer to show that there was no Nvidia card present which got me to look at the graphics card.

That's when I saw the broken HYTE PCIe extension port, the cracked and bent PCB of the 4070. This was also the same time that I realized the motherboard was Micro ATX and not full ATX and due to the cases size I was unable to plug the 4070 into the reinforced PCIe slot on the mother board.

Contacted Amazon about the situation and that I wanted to reach out to the manufacturer about getting a replacement unit or replacement parts and was told by the Amazon rep that they would more than likely replace the unit and allow me to keep the broken one.

But after speaking with the IBuyPower rep I was initially told they would RMA the 4070 and the HYTE expansion port, only for them to 180 that decision and tell me they wouldn't RMA anything and that I need to speak to Amazon about a solution to the issue because the damage was caused by handling in the shipping and not on IBUYPOWER's end of things.

Speaking again to a different Amazon Rep I was told the only two options I had were to send back the system and get a full refund or keep the broken system and take a partial refund. Later found out that the partial refund I would receive was not enough to even cover the cost of a new 4070, so I ended up taking the full refund option.

The final issue was that the full refund wont be processed until around Dec 14th, so in the mean time I'm just out 2k+ for a pc the manufacturer refused to RMA.

Pre built configuration has always scared me. So many things can go wrong. This is the best cpu I have ever bought. I mean ever and have built 12-17 of them for several uses. Nicely done. Well done.

I received as promised on time and config-wise. I added a secondary SSD from my old PC, reinstalled whatever games I had to and everything worked like a champ.

If anything should change, I will update this review.
