This cook top has made cooking fun for me. I can also take it outside and cook. The kitchen stays cooler when I cook on this. The heat is easily controllable.

This two-burner range is great for traveling. I can also see it being used for holiday cooking if you needed it for extra dishes. I tried it out and it boiled a of water to a slow boil in only 5 mins and a rolling boil in 6 minutes. I was impressed on how quickly it heated up. After the water got to a rolling boil (after a few minutes), I was still able to touch the surface of the unit. It hadn't been on long, but I could detect no heat in the area around the burner. The burner did radiate some heat, and I wouldn't try and touch it after using it, but it was nice that the top, sides and bottom of the unit didn't seem to get too hot from this use. Cooking for a longer length of time may change this. There is a sound (fan) to the unit when it is on and for a bit after turning it off to help dissipate the heat. It isn't really that loud, but it is slightly noticeable. It will not be an annoyance for me.

The things I don't like or understand. The coils don't seem to go all the way to the edge of the ring. That is more pronounced on the front/smaller burner than the rear burner. The glass top seems a bit fragile. I'm nervous trying to set pots on the unit, hoping I don't crack, scratch, or chip the top. There seems to be two settings you can choose from: power and temperature. From what I can understand, you can choose to use the power setting or the temperature setting. It doesn't really work the way a regular stove's settings work (low to high). It seems like you have to choose either the power or temperature. Is power close to the low = 1 and high = 9? Or should you pick the temperature setting somewhere in the range I've referenced below? I guess it will be a learning curve.

The temperature setting is also weird. It looks like it is using Celsius, but the numbers seem to fit Fahrenheit better. 650 Celsius is the highest temperature on the controls, but that equates to over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. I don't know of any stove that cooks to that temperature. Either the numbers are auto converting Celsius to Fahrenheit or there is a misprint on the labels. I'm going to assume they meant Fahrenheit rather than Celsius as that seems to line up with this helpful scale I found online (the unit range is 80-650 degrees "Celsius"):
High: 450-650 degrees (I'm assuming Fahrenheit)
    Medium-High: 375-449 degrees
    Medium: 325-374 degrees
    Medium-Low: 250-324 degrees
    Low: <225-249 degrees

All in all, I do like this burner so far. I'll need to play around with it a bit more to get a true feel. I'll be using it as a traveling cook top (maybe even an extra burner to cook outside with on a camping trip) rather than installing it in a counter. The unit comes with a sealer to use between the stove and the countertop. I don't think it would be good as a permanent fixture in an outdoor kitchen, unless it is in a well-protected area.

Item was broke in transit and never made it to me unfortunately. This looked like it would have been an awesome double burner to have for my camping set.

2.0 out of 5 stars Everything About This Product Is Confusing
Reviewed in the United States on February 5, 2024
On its own, the cooktop is fine. Starts up, gets hot and does what I expect a cook top to do. Everything else is a mess. I really don’t want to spend a ton a time reviewing this product because if I could go back in time, I would not order it and find a different one that wouldn’t be as confusing.

The description has numerous misleading statements such as 9 Cooking Settings surrounded by six random words like Soup, Milk, BBQ, Seafood, Deep Fry, Boil Water which is absolutely meaningless. There are 9 Power Levels with no correlation to food types or preparation methods. The description also states there are 9 Temperature (singular) ranging from 176F – 510F which is just flat our wrong. My unit can be set from 80C – 650C using 30C increments, so way more than 9. I find it hard to believe this unit can heat up to 1200F (650C). Why would I ever need that level of heat? Even a pizza oven is only 900F. In any event, while the cooktop is 110V, everything about it is in Metric, so maybe this is targeted for the Canadian market?

Ok, so why does the cooktop have power settings and temperature settings? What is the difference? I have never used a stovetop or range that had multiple settings. Either you set the temp or use the Low – numbered levels - High settings. Nowhere is the difference between Power and Temperature explained.

The Time or MIN setting is, I think, a safety feature because it is not a timer. I set it, say for 10 minutes, but when I go back to the setting, it is reset to 0.

The user manual is gibberish, and not just because of the broken English, the numerous typos and inconsistencies (page 1 has a picture with an LED titled MIN, page 2 refers to it as the “T” LED), but the instructions themselves simply aren’t useful or accurate. I planned on using this product as a counter-top stovetop, which is fortunate because the installation instructions for built in use are cryptic at best. There is no instruction on which control panel is associated with which burner. I know the problem is solved after the first use, but a simple entry in the User Manual would clear that up especially if, like me, the cooktop is not meant for everyday use.

Even the comments for this product are confusing with reviewers posting pictures and comments on completely different products. I read a couple reviews siting this product as an induction cooktop. Mine isn’t, and it looks just like the one in the description. There are also multiple comments claiming the cooktop to be underpowered. Mine boiled 3 cups of water from a cold start in 8 minutes. My full-sized stove top did the same thing in just under 6 minutes, so not a huge difference.

Finally, this cook top does not smell great at heat; a very industrial odor. Probably due to newness, but I won’t be finding out if it goes away since I don’t plan on using this cooktop unless I need it outdoors, which I don’t.

I want to put my honest review after using the product for sometime now..

I needed an electric cooktop which is compact, durable and support all types of pots and pans..

First, wanna bring the good side of this cooktop. it almost supports all types of pots which is the best thing i like about it, heating power is good but a little less than induction heater, different preset heating modes makes it easy to adjust while cooking,it is very lightweighted and compact

overall quality of the material is good but the ceramic coating could have been better..
Now the things that i am a little disappointed with.
User manual provided is not of much use because of poor illustrations.
Sometimes when i put the timer it reset on its own.
Control panel could have been better adjusted
Ceramic coating could have been better.
Still I think in this price range it is a good deal and one will have a better experience in using the product even if there are some short comings..
