This is such a great journal. The prompts are great and give me ideas on what to say about my child, but aren’t too hard to answer. I love that there’s extra space so that I can add other thoughts that the prompts don’t cover. I’ve had this journal for over a year now (bought it while pregnant and my baby is now 13 months!) and I still love it. I will say, it can be a bit time consuming for that first year of life since there’s a section for every month, but I love it. It probably took me 1-2 hours each month to fill it out, but I do like to write a lot. Just saying, if you’re looking for a super quick and easy baby book, this probably isn’t the one for you.
I’m so excited to have this book grow with my child. I can definitely handle 1-2 hours per year to journal for them. I wish I journaled more but I just don’t , so this is fantastic for catching those summaries.
I just bought a second one for my baby on the way.
