    I have two of the wonderful little freezers. The first one arrived in good condition. It works very well and I’m sure this one will, too. It gets very, very cold. I was not able to make contact with the seller to describe the condition of the one I just received. The only option available was to start a return. It is too big to return (for two elderly seniors) and my husband had to cut the box off to remove the freezer and I need the freezer right now. It works, but is the front is unsightly and it will be sitting the breakfast room. We decided to keep it and just turn it backwards to sort of hide the damage. All I wanted to do was to let the seller know that the box was in perfect shape when it arrived, but the freezer was apparently packed for shipment, despite being damaged. Too awkward to return, but I must say I love my other one and I know this one will work just as well. I hope the seller is reading the reviews, so they can better control the condition of their merchandise before it leaves the factory warehouse. I am very disappointed with the damage. Note: These freezers come covered in a tight protective plastic membrane. It looks bad if you leave it on. Removing it is a very slow and tedious process. Otherwise, if you get one without damage, it’s a swell little freezer.

    It seems fine. I haven't had it very long, but it cooled down quickly when I plugged it in. It's a perfect size for one or two people who don't need a large freezer. My only issue was that the carrier, FedEx, delivered it to my next door neighbor's house, and they brought it over to me. But that is an ongoing issue with FedEx and not the seller.

    It’s not giant, but it’s just the right size for me to freeze all my meal prep containers. And a big bag of ice. It’s made all the difference to my kitchen and pantry to have this extra freezer space. Very silent works great.

    Love this tiny freezer, perfect for my apartment! Set it to -3 on arrival, it has held temp and everything is solidly frozen. Very happy with it! Packed safely and securely, no dings or dents. The shrink wrap is very snug and a project to remove, but that's fine. I was able to get up steps to my apartment by myself.

    We originally received the DEMULLER 3.5 Cu. ft. Chest Freezer with some dents and scratches on the top and on the left side. The packing box had a telephone number for DEMULLER Customer Service so we called them directly. I spoke with Lily who was so pleasant, competent and helpful. She gave us several options to either keep the item with a discount, or to receive a new Freezer. We chose to receive a new Freezer. Lily immediately had a new Freezer sent to us and we received it this morning, in Florida, the day after Hurricane Helene came through the area just to the east of us. Amazing Customer Service. We are very happy with how things turned out. Thank you Lily!
