    Works very well, great fan power. Not overly loud.
    Delivered in great condition.
    Looks really nice.

    The only issue is the film they have covering the metal vents to protect them...So hard to remove it...it leaves a residue that is hard to get off and those vents are sharp. Cut my fingers up before I even realized it. I would of just left it but I really wanted that pretty silver to shine, not the dull white from the protective film.

    I really like this range hood! It is attractive, sleek & slender, and it works great! My brother installed it for me, and he had no trouble at all! The light is very bright, and the venting works well (and is not noisy).

    The hood has been installed. It came with all the parts necessary to retro fit it in place of my old one. The lights are great. It is a bit more noisy that my older one was and doesn't see to pull the steam from the front burners as well as it does from the back ones. Over all, I would recommend this range hood.

    We had purchased this product to replace a microwave and weak fan over our gas stove and it worked really well. It was relatively quiet, powerful and kept the smoke detectors from going off non-stop. We did have to reach out to customer service once for this but they were very responsive and accommodating. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking to add or replace a vented out hood.

    We installed this hood ourselves and it was pretty easy to install. It comes with 2 types of screens and filters. The screens are much easier to clean than our old hood. The controls are both touch and sensor controlled, which I will say are a little too sensitive sometimes. The fan speed sometimes adjusts on its own when I'm cooking and I move in front of it. That being said I still appreciate the motion sensor so I can wave my hand in front to turn on/off instead of having to touch with dirty hands while I'm cooking. The lights on it are nice and bright so I leave them on at night to act as a night light when we have guests.

    I’m really happy with the look and functionality of this range hood! The sleek stainless-steel design gives my kitchen a modern upgrade, and it’s super effective at venting steam and odors, even during heavy cooking. The three fan speeds are great, offering flexibility for different cooking needs, and the highest setting really keeps strong smells from spreading. The bright, warm lights are a nice touch and add to the overall appeal.

    Installation was straightforward since I was replacing an older unit, and I loved that the ductless option fit my setup perfectly. However, I did find the instructions around the filters a bit unclear, which was slightly frustrating.

    My main complaint is that the fans make an annoying buzzing sound when they’re on, especially at higher speeds. While it’s not a dealbreaker, it does take away from the otherwise great experience of using it. Overall, it’s a stylish and effective range hood, but I wish it were quieter!

    The media could not be loaded.
    The sensor on this hood range does not work properly. It beeps and turns off and on its own after turning turning it on. It just keeps beeping on and off constantly. It stopped for a couple days and then started up again. This is very frustrating considering the time it took to install on my own and because I waited months to receive this unit. I have to unplug it just to get peace. The light is bright, it looks nice, but how disappointing to have something new that does not work properly.
