In 2020 I spent over $150 in led lights for my room, it came with a breaker, Smart Control and 3 16ft led strip and I should’ve bought this in the first place. I bought this a couple months ago and they work great. Very good led strips for the price, easy to install and the best part is that you can control the lights with your phone.

NOTE: the adhesive is not high quality I recommend cleaning the surface with alcohol.

I’d like to start off by saying that I’m really impressed with these lights, especially for the price. They were super easy to install and have stayed perfectly in place for almost a week now. For just $10, you get two rolls of lights, a power adapter, and a remote. The LEDs are quite bright, and the variety of colors is impressive for a more budget oriented set.

The only minor downside to me is the spacing between the LEDs, but I knew about that before purchasing so my review is not based on that. Honestly, the quality and color options more than make up for it, and the spacing isn't noticeable unless you're trying to look for it. I highly recommend these light strips to anyone looking for great lights on a budget.

The lights are very easy to install with a simple peel and stick tape as well as a decently bright display of RBG. However, there isn’t a lot of color options. There isn’t much gradient between colors nor is there a lot of smooth color effects. The app is advertised but is not found on the box, manual, “remote box,” or strip wheel but can be found in the app store if you simple search for “DayBetter.” Once you download and connect the lights to the app, you will find additional effects that can be used. However, it’s just as basic as what’s on the remote. A major issue I had was trying to customize the colors. There is a color wheel to customize your lights to a specific color however these lights are so basic that they really cannot provide the colors you may want. It’s very much a solid blue, green, red, or white color. You cannot really achieve other colors like teal.

The lights advertised in this Amazon listing did NOT match the product that I received. They look different than what is advertised in the listing pictures as well as what other reviews have posted. However, whatever I received do still work.

Lastly, the remote is very spotty. Be sure that if you use the remote, the sensor box in absolute view or you cannot turn the lights on and off. Just use the app.

For $9.99, they’re okay. Don’t expect some fancy thing you see on TikTok or other videos. It’s a you get what you paid for kind of product. But they work, they’re bright, and they get the job done.

These are amazing only thing that I could say kind of sucks is if you have old adapters from old LED lights these will plug into them but those adapters won't work I had an extra roll thinking I could use it somewhere else on my old LED light adapter and it didn't work but they stick really well and they've been up for about 4 months now no issues I will say after about a month half of them did go out and they just changed a different color so every time you change them that color changes too but they don't match but that doesn't bother us

I absolutely love them!!!
I LOVE how you can use an app to control all the settings, the lighting, the brightness, etc. it comes with an actual remote that I never use because I can just control everything from my phone.
I have a pretty large room. And I only used the entire ONE roll out of TWO rolls they send. These lighting strips are SO long. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase some cool lights for their rooms. You will not regret… I promise you.

I love these they are amazing. They are super long and even come in 2 different rolls so when I move I don’t have to worry about trying to stick the first ones back on my wall I have another one. I wish the white was brighter but I would only purchase these if I needed more lights

The app is not useful other than it works better than the remote, the Infrared remote is very buggy. The LED light strips, each LED is spaced about 8" apart, so you are not going to have smooth lighting without shadows.

Further the LED lights don't do much other than change basic colors. There is no 16 million colors on this roll strip and controller. Very basic controller that doesn't do much, and will not dazzle you with any kind of interesting LED motion on these lights. Plus LED's are spaced way too far apart for any continuous consistent lighting. A lot of shadows, just not enough LED's.

For the price these work, but you'll need to hide them or use them only for accent lighting behind something. They look kind of spotty because of lack of that many LED's.

Even though strip roll is long, not many LED's are factory attached to strip. Also no instructions on how to cut strip or connect, you'll have to guess. I believe this strip lights are 10mm 4 pin, so any connector kit will work as long as it is 10mm size and 4 pins on connectors. Good to get a kit that contains many L, X, and T connectors so you can make any design within limits.
