I absolutely adore this. I got it right after my first ketamine treatment for depression (they had one in the room) and it's been so soothing to use every night while winding down and falling asleep. It stays on automatically for four hours, or you can choose two hours or one hour on the remote. The lights have a few brightness options, which is ideal. You can play with the combination of colors and turn off the "stars". I like that when you unplug it, it resets everything, but when it just turns off it saves your settings.
The most annoying thing is positioning it. It can being glaringly bright if you accidentally look into it, and can be difficult to get the right angle... but I still love it so much I recommend figuring that part out.
