This rubber flapper is very soft and pliable. It works much better than my old one, which had shrunk and was not covering the opening any more. This one overlaps a bit, so it has room to shrink. It was very easy to install and this is the first time I've had one with the perfect chain length right out of the box. I have been switching all my toilet parts to Korky because the quality and fit are always perfect. This flapper was the last piece and it did not disappoint. So much better than other brands.

Had an issue with the toilet was making a sound almost like water was escaping the existing flapper. I wasn't sure if that was the issue but figured for the price it was worth a shot. Saw a bunch of flappers for different prices but went with this one based on the reviews. It works great- I'm not very handy but was able to uninstall the existing flapper and install this one with no issues. Working great so far and the noise issue is gone. Hopefully it lasts awhile but so far so good.

Its performance is very good, and it successfully solves the problem of toilet leakage, but there is a problem that when you flush, you have to keep holding the toilet handle, otherwise it will immediately block the outlet.

On a visit to my mom I noticed her toilet kept running or making noises throughout the day. Out of curiosity I opened the tank and saw the previous stopper was deteriorating and water was leaking out slowly. Instead of calling a plumber, I said... let's try to find this part on Amazon rather than spending an arm and a leg for someone to fix this in 3 seconds. The instructions were simple to follow and the periodic flushing sounds stopped! Saved my mum time and money! That's always a win.

Kept leaking, Tried different settings, but leaked past the seat. Replaced it with a simple one piece rubber one that didn't leak.
