    I purchased this computer to replace a perfectly functioning one that will not upgrade to windows 11... (but that is another story). It came quickly and was well packaged. It looks brand new. I opened the cover, and the interior was very clean with what looks like a new hard drive installed. The start up and installation went without any problems. The mouse and keyboard were interesting, and the grand kids will get a bang out of all the lights. A couple of things to remember (1) This is not a gaming computer, so don't expect it to perform like one. (2) The wireless connection is a USB Dongle, which may or may not work, but since I'm hard wired, I didn't need that. (3) As with most newer computers, it lacks a VGA output for the monitor, and it does not have a HDMI output, so you will need adaptors if you are going to use either of these. Overall, it is an excellent computer, for the money spent.

    Decided on a new computer to replace an old Dell Laptop that I was using as a workstation in my study. I write a lot, surf the web, and use PowerPoint and Publisher, as well as Word and Scrivener.
    The old unit had gotten real slow and was not Windows 11 compliant.

    There were two rather serious issues when I opened the package. 1) the included power cord was not the correct one for this computer - which uses the squared-off corners cord found on most desktop computers. The one provided has rounded corners. Not a huge problem for me as I had an old cord that I was able to use.

    2) More of a headache for me was that the computer shown on the Amazon webpage had a VGA video plug as well as two of the more modern Display ports that look like HDMI ports, except one end is squared-off. This feature was what lead me to pick this computer over similar models. Instead, I found that the computer has a third Display port in place of the VGA port. I had to purchase a new cord to connect to my monitor (which in my case is an old Sony 40-inch plasma TV). About $10 bulks, but delayed setting-up the computer by a day.

    Other than that, the specs are as advertised, and I got it up and running very well. Don't have much nice to say about Windows 11, but that's not the vender's fault! This is an excellent, fast machine, with lots of storage. I can recommend it regardless of the issues I encountered.

    Very happy with the purchase! I pulled the cover off before I plugged the unit in. Looks new inside and out. The setup was fast, got my files transferred and I was up and running in just a few hours. Very fast computer.

    Well packaged and fast delivery. Easy to set up. Super fast with Windows 11 pre-installed. Using an ASUS 27 inch HD monitor and the video and image quality is incredible. Well worth the money shipped by Blair Technology. Easily five stars.

    In order to set up the software, they want an email address. I used to have one, but with all the SPAM coming through, I abandoned that. Considering going with smoke signals. Just a simple pin number to unlock it is fine.
    And for me, Windows is very far from an ideal operating system. Now that I have it turned on and working, GOOD BYE Windows, HELLO Linux. Then i may give it 15 stars.
