    Buttons are easy to push. Easy to use. I'm happy with it so far. (1 month) I just don't like the popcorn button only pops half of the popcorn in a popcorn maker, if I cook it longer it burns the popcorn. It pops the microwave bag popcorn fine. Popcorn tastes a little stale compared to my last microwave. ? The sharp microwave cooks the popcorn perfectly, but the buttons became a little harder to press and were smaller.

    TBH I was extremely skeptical on buying this microwave drawer after seeing the mixed reviews and the price on the higher end.Anyways, I had to get one for my kitchen Island and had no other choices for a 30” Microwave drawer. I took my chances and to my surprise the quality is great, works amazing and gives a good look and feel to my kitchen Island. It’s been 3 months since I bought this and is working great till now. Totally loving it!!

    This oven is in addition to my standard wall oven. I bought it to replace my countertop hot air fryer. So I would a have a built-in air fryer, pretty much. Only negative I could give is that it doesn't get my food quite as crispy as my small air fryer did. It goes to 450, which is more than the air fryer, so I wonder if it's because its twice the size. The size though, it's a great size cuz I can fit more food at once. And, it doesn't take up too much room, because it's not a full size oven. AND, it gives me a 2nd microwave. as well. Very helpful. Maybe if I could have accommodated a 240 outlet I would have gotten oven that would make for me crispy food.

    Update: less than 2 weeks after install, it stopped working. We were microwaving good, and it just powered off and wouldn't turn back on. Sooo disappointed.

This appliance also comes with a 20 Amp plug, looks like this... -- | . So we had to replace the outlet to accommodate after verifying that it was on its own circuit and had 20 amps at the breaker box. Works beautifully! Amazon delivery men (OKC) were so kind, friendly, communicated well, and completed an in-and-out delivery in rapid time.

    I was so tired of having extra small appliances. I searched and searched for an oven that could do everything, and I purchased the KoolMore oven. I absolutely love it. I am an avid baker, and everything comes out so well! I highly recommend this oven.

    This is a really nice microwave. I initially had a problem in that the door was damaged and I was getting bounced around between Amazon and the vendor in getting a replacement. However, a customer service representative from the vendor eventually contacted me and quickly resolved my issue which I greatly appreciated.
