I was skeptical ordering a refurbished product. However. Everything appears brand new. I would never expected this to be refurbished. I’m a gamer, and was looking for a tv that could do 120fps +. This tv does that. No blurring or screen tearing. Frames win games. The initial setup and linking my Gmail was a lengthy process, and that is my only complaint. I am a fan of Hisense televisions. Pretty dang good quality at an affordable price. This television out performed my oled LG television. The oled is capable of 8k, but my pled had a problem where the picture would randomly turn to white static when gaming-LG said it was the problem of next gen consoles, the next gen consoles blamed it on LG.. it is a well known problem. This TV is a breath of fresh air, and I will gladly play at 120fps in 4k compared to an 8k tv that quits working when it wants to.
Sound is clear, picture is perfect, gaming is great. Very very pleased with this product.
