5.0 out of 5 stars Check with your Carrier First!

This is a valid option but check with your service provider before purchasing or they may reject it! I bought one from Best Buy for an unlocked phone before. Since they are now out of business Amazon provided the most convenient and competitive option. I entered the information online to activate my device. It was pending so long I called customer service. My new service provider rejected the SIM card because they require you to use one from them. Activation gave an error message so I have to buy theirs and have it activated at their store. I did try contacting them by phone re: SIMs, their system was down they gave me the website. It was also under maintenance so I have a new carrier without activation. Update: After a very unpleasant process my phone is activated. The store wanted to charge me $50 for activation and another phone bill besides paying my old carrier to transfer the number. $61 additional? No thanks. Be careful out there. Caveat emptor!

Purchased this to use in a cellular table. All other functions worked great when on WiFi but would not work on a cellular network. I spent, collectivity, several hours with support. They were very helpful and tried several solutions but could not resolve the issue. I ended up canceling the service and going with another carrier.

5.0 out of 5 stars To those who gave a 1-star review for this product.. Think again..

I received my sims card for my unlocked phone. It was easy to install. called tech support, it was a hassle and time consuming to get the phone to activate due to the technician's not knowing what the hell they're doing; lack of knowledge on activating a phone with a newly installed sims card. Point is, if you feel that the technician isn't doing enough to activate your device, hang up, call back and speak with a different technician that actually knows how to activate your device.. It worked for me. As for the sims card it works perfect for my unlocked phone and able to send and receive calls without any issues.. therefore it gets a 5-star from me.

Remember.. it may take more than one technician to speak to get the ball rolling.

Apologies, My first review for this product was intended for a different SIM card. This SIM card was installed and worked perfectly in my iPad Air 2. It took a while to figure out how to activate it but it can be done online. Once Activated the data streaming was excellent. The Sim is for 5G but works well in my lower speed iPad. You do need the OS to be up to date. That said, I am very satisfied.

1.0 out of 5 stars Nothing Works; No Support

I received the (physical) SIM card and tried to activate it. The package says to follow the instructions on the enclosed paperwork. There is none. Or, use web site. Web site says ICC ID is invalid. [Checked it many times - with a magnifier; the printing is pale gray on white. [I guess they think it's a security feature.] Tried chat on website; wouldn't let user type in text boxes [required name and phone number]. Called Support number. They looked up a number (no idea if she got my number correct; she didn't repeat any of it, and had to ask me to go slower). She typed A number in; said it's invalid and to go to a Boost store. [Before I ordered the card from Amazon, I tried a Boost store; they had no clue.] Update: Got through to Boost via Chat. They said that Amazon was supposed to create a Boost account for the card (and for me?) - which makes no sense. Amazon says that's not true. Amazon CS suggested sending message to seller (which, apparently, was not Amazon). Waiting for reply. Amazon product question system is useless: text box is way too small; because of terse question, replies include questions, but the system doesn't allow the original questioner to respond (or even "reply").
