Very costly for a platform and little useful content!

I bought and installed this software because it was Mac compatible. It cost almost double the other software (Memories Suite ) that Amazon sells for Mac users. BUT - this has corny, silly and unsophisticated paper choices, template layouts and embellishments. It is basically a software to build on -- and to be built from the same maker's "store" purchases. If you are an experienced scrap-cropper, you will be disappointed for sure. The design options are limited and dated. The one small advantage to this software over Memories Suite is you can access photos directly from iphoto instead of needing to import them.

Save your money!!!!

I've been using this software for years. I recently upgraded because it said I was eligible for a free upgrade, only to find out I had to pay another $50 to get the "TRIAL VERSION" watermarks off of my photos. That last upgrade was August 27th 2012. Today, I got another message that I was eligible for a free upgrade so I downloaded it and boom, "TRIAL VERSION" watermark on all my photos. Guess what? It says that I was only eligible for the free download if I purchased AFTER September 1st, 2012. I missed the mark by 3 days??? And they want to charge me another $30. I am beyond frustrated with this software and it isn't that great to use anyway. Most of the time, I use artwork created by other people. The artwork they give you for "free" is outdated and shabby. Again, save your money!!! And I don't like the fact that they have deceived me!!!

Software great; zero customer service

The software deserves five stars but their customer service is zero stars. That's why I gave an overall rating of three stars.

I bought iScrapbook at a retail store and discovered it is version 1. The developer's Web site says I'm eligible for a free upgrade to version 2 so I didn't return the unopened box to the store. I submitted the upgrade request and their site said it would take 3 to 5 business days to get the upgrade code. It has been three weeks and no response. I have submitted multiple questions using their online question form and resubmitted the upgrade request with no response. There is no contact phone number provided. There appears to no customer service at all. I'll be forced to pay for the upgrade to version 2 because I used version 2 for my project in anticipation of receiving the promised free upgrade.

Do not buy a version 1 box in hopes of getting a free version 2 upgrade. You won't get any response from the developer. Their customer-service question form appears to be a hoax.

Good software, freeze

I really liked the programme, it have many creative editing option, but with my MacBook it get to freeze alot, i also tried it on my sis MacAir and it is the same, i think they should fix this error in the next version.

I have used this software for years and bought many many scrapbooking kits to use in my work. Unfortunately, I had no idea that it was not compatible with Mojave OS and once this was updated on my computer the program will not work at all. Of course, this happened right before I have a huge yearbook project for my daughters graduation which was a real bummer! No access to help, no response from online request for assistance. basically, once you purchase the program/software, you are on your own and good luck with that! I am switching to Memories Suite for mac

iscrapbook gives me an iheadache!

I purchased iscrapbook a few weeks ago and have yet to have it operate properly. The product could be fabulous and I have made a few fantastic scrap pages, but all of the features do not work properly. I cant get the clip art to work. Their free upgrade to 2.0 erases everything that 1.0 came with rendering it useless so dont bother. I received minimal feedback from customer service, and I am unable to load anything from the iscrapbook website. I do NOT recommend buying this product. I am now in search of a different program. This one was a waste of time and money.

Its okay but too limited

I hate that you cannot cut photos, can only single frame photos and the biggest dislike, the designs are pitiful. They need to either add a ton of new artist to meet a variety of tastes or make it easier to import other companies designs. So a plus for ease and big negative for missing the creativity part.
