    This is a good quality frame. I got it to replace a custom job I did on a war print that, under the harsh conditions of the North, had warped. The new frame was perfectly sized, very carefully packaged with the plexiglass protected by peelable plastic covers. The old print was a drop in fit and now looks stunning on the new wall. There are two, easy hanging options with very user-friendly retention clasps. Excellent product.

    First of all I am giving this 5 stars because it perfectly met my needs for my specific situation. I wanted to display my husband's diploma in its case and open because the case had some beautiful artwork in it. So I needed specific measurements and thickness. Typical shadow boxes were too deep and frames to shallow to deal with the diploma case thickness. This one was more deep than a typical frame and had a thick piece of foam to accommodate the depth of the frame and keep everything tight. I was able to just remove the foam and it made it the perfect depth I needed. A couple of other things. It does not have glass but is plexiglass which is prone to scratching but they do cover both sides of it with a plastic film to keep it safe while shipping. You just have to be careful with it once it is in your hands and you peel the films off. The plexiglass does keep it lighter than what a glass filled frame would so that is a plus. My only suggestion would be that the manufacturer replace the foam piece with something that doesn't disintegrate. It seems pretty fragile and I had a lot of tiny foam pieces and "foam dust" get into the frame that took multiple cleanings both inside and out to get rid of. Maybe a thick piece of cardboard would be better? Other than that, this was a perfect find for me.

    I was already wary based on the reviews, but it seems like everyone covered all the major points. It isn’t very well made and would probably not last if you’re handling it roughly or it falls as it’s only being held by a few staples. That said, there are not many major practical complaints as it arrived in good condition. It can get your job done.

    I ordered an open box one that was packaged well although it did seem to have quite a few unnatural knicks, but most of them are not visible when on the wall. The frame itself feels like a cheap compressed wood but is light in terms of weight.
    It honestly feels like an $18-$25 frame (i.e. more expensive then the quality reflects), but I do like that it is really easy to use with somewhat loose sliding clasps and a loose backboard. I would recommend taping your picture in though if it is not snug to the actual size of the window. The clear plastic that protects the picture also had a film that was easy to remove (and did seem to help; there were a TON of scratches on it but it didn’t seem to transfer underneath).

    The hanging hooks are only available on the wooden frame rather then traditionally on the back board. And unlike the description, it does not supply a nail for installation. It does include a wire though.
    Tl;dr it’s not the most value frames I’ve ever bought, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again, but it will suffice for what you need it to do.
    Packaging was good— although with a good delivery person it might be overkill as there is no glass that might be shattered.

    The quality of the frame is not great, but once it’s on the wall you can barely tell.
    It seems to be a bit easier to install in comparison to big box art store brands.

    Ordered this to fit a poster i ordered on ebay as a gift. The packaging was solid, and the frame itself looks great - not like cheap wood. The clamps on the back were easy to open and close. The hard plastic sheet that protects the poster was easy to handle. This is going to look great on the wall.
