I am on dialysis and use around the needle punctures. For ME the pads are too small and are difficult to use. The clinic has pads that are larger and I think would be easier for me to use. I think these pads would be fine for persons with smaller hands. I don't recall a pad size measurement in English in the description. I will try to find larger pads for next order!
