I ordered a ps2 from these guys and was super excited to receive it! Been wanting to play my GTA: vice city like crazy! It shipped fast and was packaged very well. Everything went easy installing as always with these consoles. The game played for a minute then stopped reading the disk. So I tried multiple games to make sure it wasn't my disk and sure enough, it wouldn't read at all. I reached out to the company and they accepted my return for a replacement console! I won't be able to ship mine out until tomorrow but they already have my replacement on the way!!! Very professional and very satisfied so far with the process. I'm hoping my replacement works just fine and will update once I get it! No need to make a scene when it comes to refurbished electronics. It is a gamble buying these things but they were quick on replacing it! Thanks guys!

Update!!! Got my new one in the mail today and it works PERFECTLY!! So happy they quickly got me a replacement. The controller up and down buttons don't work, but it's okay because I have plenty other working controllers. Y'all are amazing and will recommend you guys to anyone looking for a refurbished console!

Our old PS2 quit reading discs so I decided to buy this as the replacement. When they say renewed they mean it! It was like buying a new unit. It was packaged with all the accessories it says it has. Hooked it up and it played every PS2 disc we own! Renewed sounds a little scary but this is a quality product I highly recommend.

I am on my third replacement, each has had various physical damage, which I am okay with, but all three have not been functioning. First one would not read a disk, second one would send a display to the tv.

Playstation 2 console is the best of all. When I received it I was impressed the way it was cared for and it plays all my games. It will play playstation 1 & 2.

SO, I decided to buy this refurbished PS2 through Amazon, and it turns out, it's in better condition than the now broken one I grew up with (Yes I kept a broken PS2 for years.)

I gleefully but also carefully set up the console only to find the included controller (which wasn't Sony branded, but I never expected it to be) had something rattling inside it.

Remembering that this is a DualShock 2 controller, I immediately thought it to be the weights from the DualShock motors, which upon further inspection, was (Just one of them.)

The DualShock feature of these controllers has never appealed to me compared to other people, so I'm not too incredibly disappointed at the outcome, however paying nearly $200 for a console that virtually nobody uses anymore should include a quality working controller, right?

Other than the slight controller defect, the console itself is in superb condition.

Much garbage from
Marketplace and eBay around console purchases that don’t last, I am finally optimist as this unit (except for a few scuffs) is like new. I am sold
In renewal units from Amazon. Bravo
