Biscoli Olive Juice is the perfect solution - it has a great olive flavor and adds the perfect saltiness to the drink.
Be sure to shake it well before each use and store in the refrigerator after opening.
And note that the use by date is only one year after the production date, so if you don’t drink dirty martinis often, you may want to order a smaller supply.
