Dad's new favorite snack (topped with peanut butter)

My dad loves lemon. I found the coconut ones a year ago and love them as a healthier cookie. Less junk in the makeup, but hands down amazing flavor. My dad lit up when I sent him them in lemon, even sent me a video of himself topping it with peanut butter. I think these would be great as a crumble on other desserts and ice cream. A great flavor.

They are fresh, tasty, & delicious. Unfortunately, some of them arrived broken. The price had been rolled back by $2.00 which made the product even better.

I loved the lemony flavor. Most thins were crushed upon arrival however. I enjoyed the few that were intact or large enough pieces to eat but the majority was not edible.

These cookies are delicious! Crispy, light, buttery, goodness. Unfortunately Amazon does a terrible job of packaging for shipping so they will arrive as mostly crumbs. Better to buy elsewhere.
