I has never bought gherkin with a little plastic... not sure what to call it. I guess a strainer would be an appropriate name. It sits in the bottom of the jar with a little handle. As the pickles get low, you lift them up so you don't have to stick your fingers or a fork in the jar to get them out. You just lift them out.
The gherkin have great flavor too. Love this, will continue to buy these.

An inexpensive option for us who love these tart treats. They are great as a snack alone, a pickle back, or a finishing touch for a dish.

I only buy 365 brand cornichons. Everyone else changed their recipes and theirs are on fire. The 365 brand is perfect for me.

I love vinegar and these sweet treats are just that! Easy treat when you need something sweet and salty with the perfect crunch! I like to keep these on hand as a side to a sandwich, or with apples & cheese or with natural peanut butter ~ they taste fresh too! There is a tiny apparatus to lift them as you consume them which is super convenient & nostalgic at the time time.

Nice crunch, quality, but I personally hate sweet pickles so it's a down-vote for me due to my flavor profile. If you like some sweetness in your pickles, kind of like in a normal sweet relish, this pickle is going to satisfy your needs. I'd rather a sour/spicy one myself, and this doesn't fit it.

I like a nice tart puckery bite from pickles but in small doses. These really do the trick for that and one is small but powerful and just enough for me!
