    I’ve been adding this to smoothies for years. It has a good amount of protein and very little fat. I also like the taste.

    The tofu is in a great size for our 2-person family. And storage is easy as it doesn't have to be refrigerated ahead of using it. Tastes great too!

    Add a little apple cider vinegar, 1/2 a lemon, salt, granulated garlic and onion — and blend. Add a handful of cashews for more creaminess, if using high-powered blender. Add nutritional yeast, and a touch of liquid smoke, if cheesy flavor desired. Other spices or herbs as desired. Delicious, and easy!

    Smooth and creamy. Tofu picks up other flavors so there's really nothing to rate there. I bought this on sale so it was a good price.

    We live in a very rural area of Missouri, with a minimum one-hour drive to get to a grocery store that carries this product. Needless to say, we're please to be able to get it through Amazon and have added it to our monthly Subscribe & Save items. It stores well on the pantry shelf, requiring refrigeration only after opening the container.

    We use it mostly to create dips for fresh vegetables, salad dressings, and a mean mock chocolate mousse. Only 120 calories in the entire package, low fat and high protein . . . perfect for a heart healthy vegan eating plan!

    The description says this tofu is shelf stable and fresh for a year. The ones I received were best by July, 7 2021, not even 4 months. Amazon issued a full refund.

    This is a wonderful product! I love it. It's an awesome dairy alternative.
    These are a couple of dairy free desserts I made with this product, peach mango parfait, cinnamon vanilla delight, and I have also made other desserts, and sauces, I made a mushroom Alfredo sauce.

    I love using this product, it just makes cooking so much easier.
