I made a tofu chocolate pie and it was delicious. Tofu was perfect for this recipe. Sorry could not add picture - we already ate the pie. YUM

I really like this tofu, good flavor, and good consistency. I use it mostly for Miso soup :)

I know what your thinking. This tofu will pleasantly surprise you. Taste like freshly made tofu. Well worth the price and will buy again.
For years I always used mom's brand of yeast, this has changed my mind. The taste is fantastic the rise on all is great. I am 66 changing my yeast to this family product I never thought yeast could be different, oh yes and this is best. I do not own a bread machine, don't need it. Package is easy enough to close with a bag clip. All in all the taste, raise , container, high recommend

The packages just get tossed into a box with other items so the soft/fragile tofu gets torn to shreds during transport. A little bubblewrap or air pillows would not hurt given the price.
