This tofu is fresh, and silky smooth. It’s easy to incorporate it into all kinds of cooking and baking. I love that it’s in bulk, so I have it on hand whenever needed. The expiration date is far out, I have no concerns that it’ll expire before I am able to use it up.

Perfectly fine tofu in a convenient and easy to store package.
However, I would never classify this as "firm" in any way.
Next time I'll try the "extra firm" and hope it's better.

Super Smooth

I bought this tofu to have it on hand during the pandemic, and it's been great. I never understood what "silken" meant with regard to tofu until I tried this-- it is incredibly silky! In addition to using it in stir fries, it has added extra protein to my smoothies which are SO smooth and delicious with this addition. In a blender I put: half a banana, half a cup of frozen fruit (more if you have no bananas), half a cup of flavored yogurt (add a tsp. of honey if yogurt is plain), and 1/4 package of silken tofu with one cup of milk (I use 2%), and blend. Fabulous!! Only 320 calories and a wonderful 19 grams of protein.

Great option for storing and eating when you want

This is extremely convenient to store (and easy to open when you want - of course you'd need something like a kitchen scissor to actually open it). I also bought the soft-silken version of the same product, but this one (silken-firm) tasted better in my opinion, especially because the soft-silken was too soft (extremely fragile, and was more suitable to be used with a mixer for a shake or something). This one, on the other hand, felt like tofu, actually.
