I purchased this because of the great price for the number of ounces. We use avocado oil daily and find we can cook anything with it. So getting a good price was great. It tastes fresh and good. It worked in the recipes just as it should. I liked the larger bottle and found it easy to use as I tipped it upside down. The lid is made well. I can hold my finger over the hole while pouring and control the amount that I am using. The bottle doesn’t leak at the cap so I tip the large bottle with confidence.

This is good for frying.
It doesn't smoke like olive oil & supposed to be healthier than vegetable oil.
I use it when pan frying small batches.
It's also good for salad dressings and as a finishing oil.

The avocado oil I normally buy had been out of stock for months. Every other brand was so much more expensive in stores. I chose this because it was a better price. The oil itself is fine, I don't see any issues with it. I use it for cooking all the time and it does as well as my normal brand. I do not like this comes in a plastic bottle. I transfer mine to a ceramic oil dispenser, so not an issue for long-term for me. But oil is best stored in glass or ceramic to keep it fresher. I would probably not buy this again due to the plastic, but plastic does make it safer for shipping.

I only use this oil and extra virgin olive oil in my household. This oil is better for frying over olive oil because it has a higher smoking point. It does not make food greasy and has a pleasant light taste. Its priced right on Amazon!

Highly recommend, healthy oil to use for cooking and eating. Avocado oil, along with olive oil and coconut oil should be the only oil you use to ingest or cook with. All the other oils are poison to your body. I love avocado oil one bcuz it taste great but second because you can cook in high heat and even fry food. Healthy
