This tape measure is great! Easy to read with high contrasting colors. The double lock feature is nice. The integrated pencil sharpener was way more useful than I thought it would be and the scribble pad on the front was also used more than I thought I would. The belt clip is way better than most other tape measures I've used. Because they're so inexpensive, I've bought 3 to have stashed around my work area so I always have one close by!

There is a ton to like with this tape measure. A ton. As a lefty, it’s awesome to have a tape measure that does not have upside down numbers for me. I like having the 1/8 markers spelled out. The standout is surprisingly good. It’s north of 9 feet. The tape deploys and retracts smoothly. I love the little tape/hold button. It works great and requires very little pressure. The addition of a writing surface is very handy although I’m curious how well you can erase. Not sure if you should only use a pencil. The pencil sharpener is handy but not something that I need. The price is also amazing. I can’t believe how affordable it is. My only gripe is that the feet markings are not particularly legible. They are barely there and do not stand out at all. It almost caused me to drop a star from my review.

Perfect size, numbers are easy to read. I like the finger lock on the bottom of the tape measure. Feels just as sturdy as the more expensive tape measures I have.

I bought one of these to have on hand in the high school woodshop for students who just struggle with fractions. I have students that are great with their hands but struggle reading a tape measure. This lets us just convert to inches (instead of feet and inches) and they have a much easier time (and their young eyes can see the tiny numbers better than i can). We'll see about durability but at this price point it seems like a great deal. I might get a few more.

Bought this tape measure because I wanted something easy to read from both left to right. I checked its accuracy against the #1 leading brand used by most carpenters and its within a tolerance of +/- of 1/64" which is the same as the others. All tape measures can vary because of mass production and movement at end. If you want dead on accuracy then you shouldn't be using a tape measure anyway. As far as durability, I've dropped it probably a dozen times now and it's still functioning. However, the belt clip easily broke when I caught it on something. Reason being, is the top of the clip protrudes up, designed to use your thumb to open it for ease of clipping it on your belt. This feature needs improvement or just use a traditional clip like all the rest. I'll be contacting them about that. Lastly, I found the built-in pencil sharpener to be redundant and limited because of the various types and sizes of pencils carpenters/woodworkers use. Their website offers more models to choose from. In short, it's a good unit and I highly recommend it if you'd like a left/right easy read retractable tape measure.
