These were perfect for this amateur baker. My son begged me to bake him his cake this year and finding the right cake pans was a huge challenge. Surprisingly, they were all extremely overpriced elsewhere. This two piece set is a steal!

I used a box chocolate cake mix and added a round sheet of parchment paper to the bottom of the pans. They cake came out of the pans with no problems, no stickiness, perfectly shaped, and perfectly cooked.

I worried if the 2 layer 9 inch cake would be too short but it looked great and received many compliments.

As an avid home baker, I'm always on the hunt for high-quality bakeware that delivers consistent, delicious results. The Wilton Performance Pans Aluminum 9-Inch Round Cake Pans have quickly become a favorite in my kitchen!

The aluminum material feels substantial and well-made, not flimsy or cheap like some bakeware sets. I whipped up a batch of my signature yellow cake shortly after they arrived. The results were fantastic! The cakes baked up perfectly even with beautiful golden crusts. The heat distribution in these pans is excellent.

While there was some slight sticking despite using baking spray and flour, it was not detrimental, and the cakes released without major crumbling.

Cleaning up is typically one of my least favorite chores, but not with these pans! The aluminum showed minimal signs of caked-on messes. Just a quick scrub with a soapy sponge, and they were spotless and ready for next time.

The 9-inch size is so versatile for various cake recipes. You're getting top-notch pans at an extremely reasonable price. If you love to bake, do yourself a favor and add these Wilton pans to your lineup! The quality is outstanding, and they bake cakes to perfection.

These were just what I was looking for in stores but couldn't find them. Amazon had them in stock and in a 2 pack which is even better, Amazon also had the best price of this item. Delivery was super fast. They did not arrive dented like others have said.
