It was not electronic delivery but I got it within 10 hours of ordering so no complain. It is ~30% cheaper than auto-renewal. The activation process is simple. As my current subscription has expired, quicken will show 2 buttons on the top: Renew or Activate. Select Activate and type in the 16 digits activation code. It will prompt you to type in Credit Card for extra month if you opt in for auto renewal, but you can skip that (which I will suggest to do so)

The product is what it is. Only old geezer like me are still using Quicken as a finance tool. I don't find other options as useful. That said the yearly subscription model and new pricing will always not sit well for me. But the company that bought Quicken from Intuit know they are the only true game in town for people such as myself who have been using quicken for 25+ years so their incentive to price compete is minimal. The product does what it says it does and the one good thing is that updates are more frequent so bugs get fixed quicker than when Inuit was letting the platform die on the vine.

This software sold as "New" but clearly had been opened and then resealed, so not new.
I'm returning as don't want to risk virus!

Key code is great, download is a great idea. Except not in this product listing and not on the box or in the box does it say where to download the software. And if you go to quicken all they show is monthly subscriptions. SO, what the heck?!

Found this item at a great price. No surprises. The activation code worked just fine and I was able to extend my Quicken membership for one more year.
