1. The code in the box is only good for that year. Can't find/get a 2022 package and think it will work for 2023.. the code will only install that year on the package.
2. Fed tax - wonderful. Gave up with paper. This will load current updates when installed and ask you all kinds of questions to to get the best return.
3. This comes with one state file... file.. not electronic send. To send to the state electronically, they want $25. It now states that on the package. What you do, at the end, is say I'll send the state later. Print the two returns and send the state by mail. Certified and express cost $9.50. so you save $15. They may charge more for electronic returns to different states. This cost was a big write up on their Turbo Tax forum. But even my state return was much easier as being retired it knows all the crazy laws they keep coming up with to get re-elected. You can buy this from Amazon, download it and it works. Only took 5 min to get it downloaded and installed. They sent the key to your Amazon Email address in a minute. Cheaper then from the company. Took maybe an hour to do both. Plus it found last years taxed, pulled in all the codes (SS / birth) on my PC and added my money I got back last year.
