    Unlike other compression socks these were comfortable for most of the day. Other brands tend to make the top elastic too tight and they cut into one's leg over the period of a day. However, these are tight, firm and work well but without causing pain and discomforts.

    These socks are great for venous reflux pain and swelling. The swelling in my legs has been reduced to nearly 0%, I haven't felt any pain since starting to use these, I haven't had relief like this in a long time.

    I wear a size 10 in Mizuno women's running shoes and I am a size 9 in shoes normally. I ordered the S/M and they fit perfect and give me the right amount of compression.

    I did measure my foot and calf to and i fit into L/XL put still ordered one size down. I have narrow feet and don't have large calves so use your judgment on sizing. If I had ordered the L/XL like the size chart recommended I think it would have been too loose.

    Hopefully that helps with sizing questions.

    If you need a good compression sock, buy these!!!

    Purchased this for a fellow staff member and she reported immediate alleviation of leg pain (-claudication) after a day or so of use.

    Purchased this for myself to replace old pairs from ANOTHER manufacturer: these are quality (-to seams/fit/comfort/manufacturing) compared to the ones used before. There is a reason why these are best sellers. The current price is worth it. (Feel free to shoot me a question to compare prices IF ‘something doesn’t smell right.)’

    If/when these pairs DO NOT pass the longer term reliability/durability test (for 2-yrs or more), then I’ll be back to edit this post.

    Stylish & all day comfort when traveling, walking all day during vacation. I have larger calves & legs & these were the perfect compression for me. They don’t cut into my legs across the band. Great fit for me.

    Though I followed the size chart these were too long. After wearing for 12 hours (how long my future flight will last) they left significant indentations just below my knee and near my ankles. Though they were too long I tried to smooth the fabric so there were no rings or overlaps. Apparently, I did not accomplish my objective, hence the rings where circulation was impaired.
    They did provide compression very similar to TED hose. But, since using their recommended sizing will not meet my goals and I won’t be able to use them on my trip I only gave three stars. ☹️
    I do intend to wash and dry them in hopes that they will shrink in length. If they do shrink to meet my needs I will try to write an addendum to this review.

    I washed and dried the stockings, still too long, no change in length or fit.

    I had been having a lot of pain in my feet, and swelling. My podiatrist told me I needed to wear compression socks, and that would alleviate the symptoms. So, while honestly, I really hate wearing tall socks all the time -- it does appear to be working (which is worth the compromise).

    These socks are a really good quality and have held up to multiple washes (and dog attacks -- what dog doesn't love a good sock?). I'm personally not really into the flower design, but I hot this set because it was the best value for the money. However, if you ARE into the design, it's pretty, good coloring, symmetrical, and actually woven INTO the sock as part of it's material (as in, it's not some cheap "print" that is uneven or will fade).

    I have pretty much been wearing a pair of these every day for the past 3 weeks, and they have held up and done the job very well.

    I DEFINITELY suggest you put them on FIRST THING in the morning. These are tight! so it's pretty easy to get them on in the morning when you feet aren't swollen, I wouldn't try to get them on later in the day.

    The ONLY reason I knocked off a star is because I ordered for my foot size, which is a women's 10/11, and the "toe" area (which IS pronounced) is really small and only covers about my big to down to my 4th toe, leaving my entire pinky toe out of the area. It's a bit annoying, because this means you can feel the seam on the toe area a little bit IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT. So, try not to think about it, and get some of these socks. :)
