Perfect fit!
Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2024
I bought these to wear camping and they are perfect! Lightweight with lots of pockets and draw string on the bottom of the leg. I normally get a medium in this type of pant and they are perfect fit. I am 5'4" and 130 lbs. I don't like anything tight when camping or hiking. The fabric is quick dry as well. I highly recommend!

Sizing is important

I bought the petite xl and it fits. I am 5'4" and wear size 14 short pants. The XL was roomy and perfect for hiking. I am a 28 " inseam and the length works. Very light material and zipper pockets make this great for summer hiking.
I also ordered a size XL short to compare but I received a regular size and it was 3or 4 in too long and way too big.

Nice, but not necessarily what I’m looking for

TLDR; these would almost certainly make great hiking pants, comfy and cute, fit well, but the way the back of them looks just isn’t cutting it for my personal needs.
I got these to wear to work because I work in a very wet humid environment and sweat all day. Jeans just aren’t cutting it anymore and I’m tired of wearing a belt every day. I got a 3X(normally wear a 20-22 in pants) the waist fits wonderfully but the thighs are a bit tight. Not unmanageable by any means, and still comfy! The biggest drawback for me is the back. I know it’s the year 2024 and who cares about panty lines right? But I bend over a lot at work, and since my underwear aren’t dry fit I have concerns on just how noticeable they will be in these pants since they are so thin. I also reallllly dislike the seam that goes across the top of the back of the pants as I can see it clearly through all of the shirts I’ve tried so far. I’ll probably sit on it for a few days but highly considering returning them.

Perfect length, nice material, size up

This was my second try at hiking pants online. The first were so loud when I walked I'd be embarrassed to wear them. The material on these is nice. A little stretchy but quiet and will dry quickly. They are light, so not for cold weather hiking. Nice zipped pockets too.
I got the petite size, so the length was great for my just over five foot self. I usually wear a large but I sized up to an XL and I'm glad I did. Consider sizing up of you don't want a tight fit, especially if you have a booty and thighs.
I haven't washed them yet, but they are a little fussy. Wash on delicate with cold water and line dry.

So light and thin, packable

Wow these pants seem really great quality. 4 zippered pockets w mesh. Sewn well, not falling apart like alot if amazon clothes. Probably fit most people. Relaxed but not baggy. I am 5'4" 110lb and size S fits nicely. So excited to see if these do well in tropical rainforest, which is what i bought them for. Right now i think they are spot on and love the ankle cinch ability, too...for rain/bugs or rolling up if wanted. Just awesome. So i haven't tested them in the field or laundry, but i have high hopes!

My New Favorite Hiking Pants
Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2024
At 5'7" and 135-140 pounds, these Baleaf hiking pants fit comfortably. I can sit, bend, and crouch easily because the fabric stretches. There is a drawstring waist, which is forgiving for women with a bit of a tummy, as well as four zippered pockets: two slash pockets, two cargo pockets on the side of the leg, and one rear pocket. All of the zippers move smoothly; I was even able to operate them with one hand while hiking. The cargo pockets are deep enough to hold my iPhone 15 Pro and still zip closed. There are drawstrings at the cuff. Water beaded up on the pants when I got caught in a light rain shower while hiking. The fabric is very lightweight and comfortable, washes well and hang dries quickly. I haven't had an opportunity to test abrasion resistance yet. I'll probably buy additional pairs of these pants.

The BEST- Still like New.
Reviewed in the United States on March 31, 2024
I've had these pants for 3 years now and they still look like they did the first day I slipped into them. I say slipped because these pants are soft and stretch and pull on like butter. They come in a beautiful array of colors - I have both burnt orange and pond. I get a ton of compliments on the color and people are always trying to see the tag so they can order too. From spring to early fall, I'm wearing these comfortably. They are water resistant and yet let the breeze through. Perfect for theme parks, hiking, camping and other situations where you're going through a lot of B.S. and wanting to stay dry and most importantly, comfortable.
TL;DR: these pants are a great balance of cute and practical. Buy them.

Still too long for me. I'm 4ft 10 in
Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2024
I love the elastic waistband. I love that it doesn't have a zipper which is perfect for hiking for a woman and bush breaks. It is very comfortable. A little tight in the behind for me, but very roomy elsewhere. I am 4'10 and about 104 lbs. I bought petite small which is baggy in places and the legs are longer than the photo, but that's typical for me. Material feels wonderful, lightweight and has reflective markings on legs. Pockets are great. My friend bought navy blue and it was a beautiful blue, not navy, but mine were navy blue, just like the image. I haven't worn them yet as I might return them because of the tight in the behind. I bought two pair, so I'll probably keep one and return the other.
