I haven't used it with power tools but suspect it will work in a pinch. The light is a nice addition. It's compact and light weight and will be good for any power outages too. Time will tell how long it lasts but overall i am quite happy with this product.

It runs both of my machines together. Im also using two 12ah batteries
- AcmfordNice Power Station, but the cooling fan is loudI ordered this 550W Power Station to use camping, in case of power outages and for craft shows, where I want to run LED light panels. The first thing I noticed is that I can't use two of my DeWalt 4AH batteries together, because the bodies of the battery are wider and will not fit in the power station side by side. I can use one 5AH (narrow body) and one 4AH (wide body) and this works just fine. I tested running a 32" smart TV and a small fan, which were pulling around 40-45 watts, and the unit worked just fine and battery voltage slowly ticked down from 20.4 volts to around 18 volts over the course of about 2 hours. I would imagine running electrical items pulling 200-500 volts would drain the batteries very quickly. Also - my biggest complaint, the internal fan is VERY LOUD (see my video)! This may limit how useful this Power Station is for camping overnight, as the fan kicks on about every 5-10 minutes. Overall, this Power Station will suit my purposes just fine, but just keep in mind the loud fan if you plan to use this when camping or in an environment where noise is a consideration.
- William MooreGood concept poor quality. (UPDATED)Good concept poor quality. Worked great the 1st time I used it, had an outage and it would not stay on the 2nd time. It is supposed to be a 200 watt inverter and it was having a problem with a 9 watt led bulb. It will be going back.

I was provided with a replacement by the company. The 1st 1 was defective but this 1 is doing great so far, the main con that I have noticed is that the inverter USB ports will only work with the inverter on. When the inverter is on there is always be a small drain to the battery. Other than that I like it and would buy again. Especially from a company that WILL make things right. - Starla ReidGreat accessory for Ryobi batteriesWorked great to power my LED Christmas lights. The lights were on for about 5 hours and the battery was only at 50%.Very convenient and the flashlight is very bright. Very compact and portable. Going to order another one just to have in case of power outages.
