- jessicaGreat brand, great value!really like this gel polish set. The colors are perfect for winter and Christmas, lots of deep reds, greens, sparkles, and a few softer shades too. I was surprised how many colors you actually get, and they all apply really smoothly. The set comes with a base coat, a few different top coats, and some basic nail tools. The swatch card is actually super helpful because some shades look different in the bottle, so it makes it easier to pick what you want before painting. The polishes cure well under my lamp and last a long time. I have other colors from this brand and they last weeks, so I know these will as well. Overall, I’m really happy with this set. The variety is fun, the quality is good, and it’s perfect for doing my holiday nails at home for myself, and my daughters.

The smell can be a little strong but not overwhelming and the durability is great. No peeling or chipping. Well worth the money!

My only complaints would be that the colors are super sheer so you have to do about four coats to make it mostly opaque. Some are more sheer than others. My other complaint is that the bottles are super tiny, so you don’t get much of each color :/ not great when you have to use many coats. For the money, I think it’s worth it though.

The polish itself has a nice smooth consistency and the colors were very fun to use. I make my own press on and I will say the polish doesnt chip or peel when I use the press on nails, it does peel a bit when I put it directly on my fingernails though. However for the price and the variety of colors I got I do not mind thst the longevity on my natural nails isnt as long especially since I got it for press on mainly!

- tiffanyBudget savvy kitI recently tried the Beetles Gel Nail Polish Kit with UV/LED lamp and for the price it’s fantastic. The lamp starts up easily, the polish colors are fun and varied, and I did get a solid 3+ weeks with almost no chipping when I applied thin layers and cured properly. My nails looked salon-finish the first time. That said, the lamp isn’t as powerful as pro salon ones and some darker colours needed two coats to look fully opaque. Also, if you have very sensitive skin you might want to do a patch test, I’ve seen some users report slight irritation (though I didn’t). Overall: great starter kit for at-home gel nails, highly recommended for beginners and budget-savvy beauty fans.
- NodroglsGood starter kit with low quality gel polishThis is a great kit for teens or people new to gel polish who want to experiment without a lot of investment. If you have a little more experience with manicures and particularly gel manicures, beware because you’ll be disappointed. The polish starts peeling in a week. I’ve had this kit for less than a month and done three manicures with seven different colors in use. They all peel quickly. Thinner coats get better length of wear, but you’ll need two coats for most of these colors. The base coat quality is a bit tacky and not amazing, but the top coat quality makes up for a lot of the base and color deficiencies. A fun kit nonetheless. The tools included and the UV light alone make this kit worth the price. This is a great Christmas or Chanukah gift for a teen or preteen. *Please remember to use sunscreen on your hands when doing gel manicures. (Cure your nails before applying polish)
