- meredith hiltonLegit lifesaver for surprise breakoutsI’ve tried a bunch of acne patches over the years, but Mighty Patch is the only one I keep coming back to. They actually work. Whenever I feel a pimple starting to pop up, I stick one of these on at night and by the next morning it’s flatter, calmer, and way less noticeable. The hydrocolloid pulls out all the gunk without drying out my skin, and they don’t irritate me at all.
They also stay put really well — even through sleep, sweat, and me absent-mindedly touching my face. They’re super thin and blend into the skin so you can wear them during the day without feeling like you have a giant sticker on your face.
If you deal with the occasional stubborn pimple or those annoying under-the-skin ones, Mighty Patch is genuinely worth it. They stick very well and I rarely have issues with them falling off. Super easy to use, never had any difficulty. These are a bit thicker than the invisible ones but still aren't very noticeable and I prefer them over the invisible.

The packing is decent quality, easy to open and stores well so you're in no rush to use everything at once. The patches themselves go on pretty easy, I have the most success picking them up with my nails or tweezers (this prevents them from folding in on themselves).
I find them to be most effective when used in 6 hour intervals. I always put them on before bed or a work out, and my acne has made really good recovery progress that way. They're also clear enough not to make a noticable difference in your apperance during the day, so I don't mind having them on in public.
Compared to otber brands, I feel like the amount per package is worth the cost. Additionally, out of every brand I've tried, Hero is the only one sticky enough to wear overnight and while exercising. Soft, comfortable, I forget I have one on until I touch it. I think the regular ones also blend in fairly well with my skin tone so they are not too obvious until you get close to me. I also use them for cold sores, as soon as they start coming through I'll put a patch on. It is gross the amount of discharge they pull out. The hold through the night and working 12 hour shifts.
