- Kindle CustomerGood productThis is my second Frameo product and I continue to be quite happy with the quality. It's easy to set up and the displayed pictures have excellent clarity. I have not experienced any difficulty transferring pictures to the frame from my phone. However, pictures downloaded from my camera or computer to my phone must be edited or they will not appear in the Frame app. I find that if I use unblur and save as copy that's enough for a successful transfer. You do have to choose between landscape or portrait using the app and I would prefer to have that option on Frameo frame also. These are minor inconveniences, given how well the pictures look on the device. Everything else about using this product has been easy-peasy.

Can also upload videos. It's worth it to also pay $17 for a year when setting up for "premium" because it let's you upload 100 pics at a time instead of 10, and upload 2 min videos instead of 15 second videos. I like it a lot.

Great alternative from old school picture frames. Love the space that it comes with and the brightness is perfect. And I could add videos too!
- mg99Very Good ProductThe resolution of this photo frame is excellent. The adjustable brightness is also a great attribute. Typical pictures do not fill the 16x9 screen, but are very adequately displayed, not stretched. Videos and pictures play together seamlessly. Be aware that any MOV files must be converted to MP4 and HEIC files to JPG. Annoying, and may be time consuming. Set up instructions are not great, but getting started is fairly intuitive. Be aware that the app instructions must be coordinated with the device setup instructions. Strong warnings to always power down the unit before disconnecting, but the frames has survived a power outage without a glitch.

Contrary to what one previous reviewer said, it works easily to wirelessly transfer pictures with Iphone if you just download the app. My brothers live faraway and they also downloaded the app and we were all able to put pictures on it for my Mom as a surprise! I love that we can also surprise her by adding in pictures in the future, like a gift that keeps on giving.
The frame size is generous and it has a nice touchscreen (where you can scroll through pictures or adjust the settings). The only thing I had to adjust was to always show the full picture because some of them were zooming in but it was an easy adjustment in the settings. It also has a collage mode where you can display more than one picture per viewing. You can also adjust how long each picture displays before it switches to the next photo.
For an older person (like my mom is 80), I highly recommend unboxing and preloading it with pictures or helping them to do it. It's not difficult, but someone gave my mom a smaller digital frame as a gift a few years ago and it is still sitting in the box unused! You don't want to make their life more challenging by giving them something techy to figure out in my opinion.

I bought my grandma a smaller one a couple years ago. We used it just about everyday. It helped her mental health so much. It began to freeze up and started to give other problems. So for her birthday last summer I got her another and this one is 2x the size. She cant see well so that was a huge perk! Shes in love with this frame. The whole family sends pics and short videos everyday. Its very very easy to set up!!!
