Convenient - ESC Fan USAGREAT STARTER PACKAGEsuper fast ship, good price, with velvet bag . states "50" but my mixed bag had coins from only 25 countries. 10 were pennies from Mexico, 6 coins from Philippines even though it assures us no duplicates. still nice variety of countries for Aruba to UAE., perfect for me as I am a beginner numismatist. I enjoyed my purchase and will most likely order again from vendor. try for those other 25 countries!
- MJDecent variety, but too many duplicates.I received some interesting coins, but there are too many duplicate coins. The coins aren't very old as well. The years of the coins that I received ranged from the 1970's to the 2000's. The coin quality and condition are generally okay, but I definitely don't think it's worth the money.
- JonathanPerfect for New Collections!I purchased two of these gift bags for a friend of mine who has a little foreign coin collection and he wasn’t disappointed going through them. It’s always fascinating to see coins minted in different shapes, sizes and from different materials. It’s also exciting to see coins that are no longer in circulation, let alone ones from countries that don’t exist anymore or are independent from their colonialism such as Hong Kong.
The only complaint (if you can even call it that) was that one of my bags had several dozen euros inside and that nothing we received was older than the late 60’s; but again, the mixed lot was enough for us to more or less overlook those facts.
Your bag will be different. It’s an absolute gamble, so if you know a young numismatist, a lover of foreign coins or just need a few pieces for a project or craft; you’ll probably truly enjoy this little grab bag! - Quinn WalkerGood value for collectorsI ordered this for myself in hopes of expanding my collection of foreign coins. I was a little disappointed to see the condition of the package after USPS handled it, and I feel a few coins were likely lost due to no fault of the seller.
Even though the packaging and pretty blue velvet bag were torn through and put into a USPS bag for damaged packages, I was still able to add 46 new coins to my ever-growing collection, with only 3 repeats of coins I already had prior to buying this, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. 10/10 - AmandaLLFLots of duplicatesQuite disappointed. Out of 50 coins, got 10 Canadian 5 cent coins and 5 other sets of duplicates. Coins are in various condition. Various dates, as recent as 2020.
