While having the speaker in the projector is convenient, hookup to my external Bluetooth was effortless. Impressive! I wanted to use the product for a few weeks before I reviewed it. I used the projector for several movie nights at my pool, and at my camp off the grid in the woods. In the past 60 days it has not failed me (or my invited friends!) at all. Bluetooth external sound is needed around the pool in the presence of background chatter. At camp, off the grid, I use the projector powered by either my generator or my battery system. Perfect function either way! This WISHOLY projector is proving to be as reliable as throwing on a light switch, but lots more fun to watch! Picture size and resolution are clear in the outdoors by poolside (has to be reasonably dark outside), or inside at my camp. The small size makes it easy to pack and travel too. The function and performance are for the money, well worth it! Recommended!

I recommend it. - Rachel N.Trapazoid correction, sound quality, connectivity, customer serviceI initially bought the projector with Bluetooth connection, thinking that I could connect both image and sound this way, but that was not the case. The sound quality of the speaker was very poor. I was still able to connect the projector to my Windows 11 computer with the provided HDMI cord (with a dongle I provided because the HDMI cord does not connect to USB 3), and needed to use an alternative Bluetooth speaker for the sound to work. I messaged the seller to let them know the problem, and they offered to send me the wi-fi enabled version of the projector. They did not require me to return the Bluetooth one. Excellent customer service! However, when I set up the wi-fi version, I got the same results as the Bluetooth version, because the projector does not have Miracast, which is necessary for a projector to connect wirelessly to a Windows 11 computer. Both versions allow for easy connections to Apple products, but not Android for the Bluetooth version, and not Windows for both versions.
Note: I would have rated the product alone with 3 stars, but the customer service rep really did try to solve my problem, so I ticked that up to 4 stars because of the excellent customer service.
Pros: Excellent trapazoid correction, good picture quality even with the lights on, easy set up with provided remote, excellent customer service
Cons: Poor sound quality, HDMI cord does not connect directly to USB 3 (adapter is necessary) does not have Miracast to connect wirelessly to Windows, Bluetooth version does not connect wirelessly to Androids, another product that favors Apple devices. In spite of all the cons, it will still do the job.
I would have given the product 3 stars if it werent for the excellent customer service. They really did try to solve the problem. - PerlaLove this!!!Got this to enjoy when my grandkids are visiting. Set up was super easy. Connection was fast and no issues whatsoever. The quality is perfect. It can be positioned forward or upward if lying in bed and want to watch on the ceiling. Affordable for any household. This will make for many great memories with the kiddos!!
