- Patricia in FloridaHigh Protein Great Nutrition and TasteBest protein drink ever. I have tried several protein shakes, and I think this is the best tasting and has the best nutrition. I have to say I hate milk and have avoided these kinds of drinks. But I am dieting now (down 20 pounds) and I credit this drink with some of my success. Read the label and you will see this drink is packed with nutrition. I am impressed it even contains iodine (which our thyroids need and rarely get), as well as copper and zinc, which are also rare in foods. It doesn't have that weird chemical taste that many of these drinks have. I buy the chocolate flavor and it tastes like melted chocolate ice cream, so even though I hate milk, it is okay. I drink one for breakfast and it keeps me from getting hungry for a good 5-6 hours, which really helps with my weight loss efforts. Once I reach my goal weight I expect I will continue to drink one for breakfast, just because it keeps me going so well, has great nutrition and could not be easier to fix for breakfast.
- Lynn PriceYummy Taste like a smoothie!I love these premier protein drinks I have a lot of problem getting in enough protein in my diet, I am not a big fan of meat and I eat more vegetables then dairy or cheese. They have 30grams of protein in each 11.5 ounces with only 1 gram of sugar with 24 vitamins and minerals and do not cause any stomach distress.
They are so smooth, sweet and thick it taste like I am having a special soda fountain smoothie.
The best part is there is 19 different flavors which is amazing even though the chocolate is my favorite and only 160 calories per serving so this helps with watching my weight and they are Oh So Filling.
I buy these using the subscription plan which definitely saves me money since I drink at least one a day.

They taste good (good texture too - not chalky), are low in sugar and very high in protein for the small bottle. I do fast paced massage and can't really eat much when working. But I can have one of these in between and it really keeps me going (gives me energy) and keeps me full!

These were recommended to me by my teaching colleagues for the amount of protein they have. They are a little expensive, but I only drink one a day and I feel like I'm worth it. I shake them a little before I pour them over crushed ice. I've also had them straight without ice when I am commuting to work. Great if you're watching your sugar intake, but need a protein boost. Sometimes on sale at Costco. Box is difficult to open so I ask hubby to help with that. They make me feel satisfied and would work for me as a meal replacement, but I don't use them that way. I use them in addition to my meal, or as an in between meals snack.I would highly recommend these shakes.
