I would suggest this for any kitchen or cuisine. A must have stable in any kitchen.
Use with kimchi, chicken, pork, beef, sushi, pickled veggies. Really the best I have tasted.

Has cooking directions on the back of this bag. I put it in my rice cooker and it's easy and convenient. It's clean. I rinse it just one time when I've got it measured in the rice cooker. Has a recipe on the side of the bag to make Easy California Sushi Rolls. So , yes this is considered a sticky rice . It's moist and flavorful.My family has used this brand since I was a child and I am 65 now. I highly recommend buying and cooking with this product.
