- ajascottGood shelfI’m really impressed with this black 5-tier metal shelf. The material is thick and durable, and it doesn’t wobble or feel flimsy like some cheaper shelves. Assembly was simple—everything lined up perfectly, and I was able to put it together by myself in under 30 minutes.
The shelves are spacious and hold a surprising amount of weight without bowing. I’m currently using it for storage and décor, and it looks sleek and modern in my space. The black finish makes it look more expensive than it is.

Assembly took 20 minutes by myself. The black 5-tier shelving towers came well-packaged. These shelves are stable with height-adjustable feet, which is nice if the flooring is uneven. I unscrew the two front feet just a bit so it slightly tilts the shelves up and back. We store all of our small kitchen appliances on one and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely buy more come spring! Thanks

Superb value for the money. It is impressively sturdy and stable. I am using this shelf organizer unit in my kitchen. I just moved into an apartment and kitchen drawer and cabinet space is more limited than I’m accustomed to. This shelf organizer fit perfectly and it looks fantastic, blending very well with my decor. Assembly was very fast, and the assembly instructions were clear. My daughter had it completely assembled within 15 minutes. The stability of the shelves is remarkable, holds my glass 9x13 bakeware plus my thick, solid metal stock pot. And even more! I’m extremely pleased with this purchase.
- TyJaneNarrow…but tall enough that it doesn’t matter!Let me be upfront, I’m using this as a towel rack so if you’re looking for something more on the industrial side my review is not for you! (Though in my opinion it is very sturdy once you complete it!)
I like to organize my reviews so the first thing I’m going to talk about is building the shelf & then I’ll talk about my use of it. I can say for myself that I’m nifty when it comes to building things. My mom always thought it was important that her girls knew how to do “manly” things or so she called it. And all I can say about this is I didn’t enjoy putting it together. It was simple enough, just tedious. For a half a second, I thought it was too flimsy but like I said once you get it all together it becomes stable/ sturdy. I would advise not to open it until you truly have the energy to put it together because I honestly think it took so long just because I felt like crap and didn’t really have the energy to be building anything. But I guess that should tell you how easy it really is because someone who wasn’t feeling good was able to put altogether within an hour or so.
Now let’s talk about the features! First off it’s a shelf so there’s not much to go off but that the shelves are narrow. Luckily it makes up for it with being so tall & having 5 shelves you can stack things on. Even though I’m using mine for my towels and washcloths I do like at the bottom they give you an extra space so if you were to have tall items you can absolutely use this shelf! It also comes with some tools so if you wanted to nail down the shelf or keep it in place you can, I didn’t know that so if it’s in the description I must have overlooked that part. It was a nice little detail that I appreciate to find when purchasing items like these.
Lastly, I want to point out the weight and stability of this shelf & I’ll be done. It’s very light and I promise you if I can move it everyone should be able to move it. I like that because I almost lost a family member to a freak accident with a book/tv entertainment shelf. It’s nice to have sturdy big shelves until you have it falling over onto your little cousin, who is safe & alive today, but was really damaged at the time. I say all that to say you won’t have to worry about something like that with this. It’s lightweight, and though at first felt flimsy, just needed to be nailed together right! It definitely feels like it hold together for heavier items. Again not to be a repeater, but I’m only using this for towels however I’m already thinking of buying another one for my dad who’s a real handy man. I think it looks decent enough & will clean up his garage full of tools nicely!
So, overall I give this shelf a 4/5! It’s tall, stable, & not bad to look at! Love that it’s light and doesn’t take up much room. If you’re looking for something quick & neat, I think you found it! Also, another thing I like is they give you extra screws which came and handy because I kept dropping them! Anyways, buy it! - Jess ????Practical, Sturdy, and Pretty Shelves!To accommodate my growing collection of stuffed animals and trinkets, I needed some shelves but finding the perfect shelf was surprisingly difficult. Particle board is too flimsy, real wood is heavy and a pain to clean, and most metal units are just plain ugly... but then I found Sakugi!
Sakugi offered the best shelves for my need: sturdy but lightweight, tall but not overly wide, and designed to subtly blend into the surrounding decor. Not only are they perfect for my situation, but they were very easy to assemble! The rods all slide into each other, the shelves slot into the holes, and the rubber feet helped with the stability!
Wall anchors were also included, but the shelves are made with such thick metal that unless you purposely overload them, they won't bend underneath the weight of your possessions.
All in all, I'd happily recommend these shelves to anyone who needs practical storage solutions! But after I went back over and tightened all the screws it became quite sturdy. Of course you may need a wall mount with time. There is a wall mount provided.
