- DavidLIVFRESH Toothpaste GelI’ve been using LIVFRESH Toothpaste Gel (Wintergreen) for about a month, and honestly, I can feel a difference. My teeth feel smoother after brushing, and my gums don’t bleed like they used to. I like that it’s SLS-free and very gentle — no burning or dryness. The wintergreen flavor is refreshing without being overpowering.
It’s definitely pricier than regular toothpaste, but if you’re looking for something that actually helps with plaque and gum health, it’s worth a try. I purchase when it went on sale for Black Friday week. My personal experience in a just a little over a week has been a mind blowing. I have a dentist appt coming up and at my age it’s embarrassing to be going to say I have gum issues. After following the instructions of brushing with regular toothpaste and then using a pea size of this toothpaste my gums have shown a huge improvement. I no longer have gum bleeding when I brush. For the first time in such a long time I wont feel embarrassed going to see the dentist. Toothpaste has a good taste and leaves mouth feeling cleaner. If you are on the fence about this product, my advice is take the leap. You have much more to gain than to lose.

No plaque or gunky build up at all. My gums haven't bled since I started using it either. Haven't noticed any difference in whiteness, but who even cares because my mouth FEELS better (plus I smoke and drink way too much coffee). Even my breath stays fresher. Highly recommend
- HeatherMe versus Dentist on this one....I was so excited to get this! I felt like my teeth looked better and whiter. I am one of those who develop plaque like crazy, despite flossing, waterpik and brushing at least twice a day. That said, I couldn't wait to see the dentist a few weeks later. I was excited to show him my teeth! However, the dentist told me that the plaque was just as fast to return. I was so disappointed. Product is great, just doesn't work for me apparently. I loved how it foamed up and like other reviews, don't put water on your toothbrush after you have put the toothpaste in as it will disappear.
- Gregory ScottIt does what it says it does!I haven't been to the dentist in quite a few years, so naturally I had some plaque build up on the back of my teeth. I started using this toothpaste and I can say that after a week, I could feel/see major differences.
The first change was the overall appearance of my gums. They're not as puffy and look a bit healthier.
The second change was the decrease in blood loss from brushing my teeth. After 2 weeks, I don't bleed from brushing anymore.
Third and best change was the overall feeling and look of my teeth. I've always brushed my teeth, but as i said, tarter is stuck around the bottoms of my teeth. Using this toothpaste has slowly but surely removed a good bit of the tarter. You know the feeling behind your teeth after leaving the dentist after a cleaning? This toothpaste gives you that feeling.
I highly recommend this product if you care about your teeth health. - Bruce BeckTastes good and seems to hwThis does taste good. Leaves my mouth feeling clean. My teeth have whitened a bit. Seems to be working. I have only been using it a couple of weeks. I like the foaming of the wintergreen. I know people say it is expensive but you only use about the size of a pea and not a lot of toothpaste like you normally would. I use it and I still use my normal toothpaste for other protection. So far I would recommend it for plaque control.
- ZaneGreat but mat cause sensitivityThis is probably the best toothpaste I've ever used. Your teeth feel super clean and stay that way all day. If your gums bleed when you brush within 4 days they stop bleeding.
There is however one negative I have found. If you have ever had sensitive teeth after a few days you will have extreme sensitivity. I found you could counter this problem by brushing a few times a week with a hydroxyapettite toothpaste
