About this item
- #1 In France And Italy → With an incredible 88psi capacity, unique self-tightening seal and authentic Italian manufacturing, it’s easy to see why top Champagne Bars across the world consider WAF Champagne Stoppers the only Professional Champagne Stopper worth using. While pressure pump bottle stoppers oxidize the taste of your bubbly, the WAF stopper keeps CO2 in the liquid. Fizzy, right to the last drop!
- How Does It Work!? → KLOVEO’s sparkling wine stopper is smarter than your average stopper. The seal uses a simple but brilliant physics principle (Pascal's Law). As pressure builds inside the bottle, the plastic nipple expands outward, creating a ‘bubble-tight’ seal. Lay your bottle flat, or stand it upright and the seal works the same. BPA and Phthalate Free.
- Fits All Standard Bottle Necks → The shape of the bottle can be anything - if the neck is a standard 750ml Champagne or Sparkling Wine bottle neck (and we all know what that looks like), then this Champagne preserver will fit. It can be used for Prosecco, Cava, some Magnum and 187ml bottles, and many large format beer or cider bottles.
- Easy To Use → Unlike the outdated style of Champagne bottle stoppers (the exploding spring-loaded type), our WAF Champagne Saver is easy and fast. Simply press the cap down (the seal does the rest of the work for you), then lock with the stainless steel safety clip. It’s easy to release, even with arthritic hands! And, the key to max fizz is to seal your bottle right away, and keep it ice cold.
- Made In Italy → Similar Champagne corks say they’re Italian, but check the package and it’s China! The WAF Champagne bottle stopper is patented by Italian inventor Walter Fortunato (WAF) and manufactured in Italy. It’s the only stopper with a self-tightening seal, and easy release clip. And while some people tell us it provides the perfect fizz for up to two weeks, we say 3-5 days max. Try it now, and decide yourself!

- WolframGreat Bottle Stopper!A very good, sturdy and simple, yet beautiful bottle stopper. I hesitated for quite a while to spend more money on such an item, but I certainly spent more all together for all the ones I had before and needed to replace. Opening under pressure is easy, even for my wife. It is leak proof and therefore airtight, so it keeps the Prosecco from going stale much longer, an unnecessary quality in our household, but good to have. Hand wash is easy. Finally a good functioning bottle stopper of which I'm sure will last a long time. I highly recommend this product, worth the money!
- MAT4RetKeeps good champagne bubbly a long time, built strong and easy to useThis is the simplest and most effective Champagne stopper I have found. Tried the pump ones etc but none work as good as this one. We have 2 now and they are built to last and when friends are over they are impressed and want to get one for their home.
- Thomas O HaebererIf you want the best - Buy it!Great champagne stopper! We have tried many other champagne stoppers over the years and these are the best hands down. Been using this stopper for years at least once a week - - Don’t tell anyone but we usually enjoy a 1/2 bottle of champagne every Saturday and then the other 1/2 on Sunday...Shhh. When you release this stopper a day or two later the champagne is still good and fresh with all its original bubbles. We just ordered another one to keep in the Motorhome. You can’t go wrong with this stopper. Cheers.
- PhilBest Sparkling Wine Stopper DesignYears ago, was gifted a couple of these, by the marketing rep for the Conegliano Valdobiadene prosecco region. They weren't available for purchase in the United States at the time. These have never leaked, never opened inadvertently, have held up to years of professional bar use, on catering events.
These Kloveo's are the same as the ones I was gifted years ago. The pictures show the new Kloveo on the left, next to one of my originals, which has been in professional service for almost ten years.
Bought the two pack, and the lock cage on one is not set quite straight. Seems to work fine, just not as smooth in use as it could be. Minor thing, I guess. Seals fine.
I saw the reviews nothing QC issues. There's going to be manufacturing defects sometimes, with anything. It's frustrating, but these really are the most solid performing sparkling wine cap design I know of, and I've used most of them. My original set have been banged around a lot, and work as well as the day I got them.
Occasionally, wine gets through the little vent hole in the silicone seal, and becomes oxidized. It's a pain to address, because there's no good way to rinse it out. My solution is hydrogen peroxide, wooden toothpick, and a pair of rubber or nitrile gloves. Chlorine bleach works too, but can oxidize the rivets on the swivel, and maybe weaken the hard plastic parts. It could also affect the flavor of the wine. Hydrogen peroxide breaks down into oxygen and water, has never caused a problem for me.
I've had success with the drugstore hydrogen peroxide. Some non-chlorine bleach is just hydrogen peroxide, water, and citric acid, would also work well. It's basically twice the strength of the drugstore stuff.
It's tedious to get the hydrogen peroxide into the silicone nipple, but it does bleach the issue, and you don't have to try to rinse it back out. It won't adversely affect the wine.
These sparkling wine stoppers are well worth having. Best you can get, imo. - Amazon Customerworks amazingly and not complicated at all.Amazing, easy to use , and the bubbles were as if had just opened the bottle
- MKIMKeeps the bubbles in great but brace your ears!!!!!This stopper works great. The second day it tasted as if I had just opened it for the first time. Only negative issue I experienced when opening the cap was when removing it made an extremely loud popping noise from the pressure build up. It hurt my ears pretty badly. Works great for keeping the bubbles in but brace your ears!!!! I took off 1 star because its not pleasant when opening. Even Louder than opening the cork itself.
- Benjamin E. MoodyGreat Stopper!Great looking stopper, nice snug fit...keeps the bubbles fresh for days!
- PiperWorth owning, not a gadget....Easy to use and does the job intended to do, no issues. We are ordering a second one works perfectly for all wine not limited to champagne.
