- Trent SchermerhornExceeded my expectations!Never thought of these wine aerators as anything I needed, until my sister recommended them. Her’s makes a chirping sound (not for me). But I was surprised at how these improved wine flavors even when opened to breath for hr+.
This particular aerator is the best (imo) for overall design, function and value! The design adds lots of tiny bubbles while aerating as well as reducing outflow while pouring in a drip less small stream. It’s well made, feels solid and does exactly what it’s designed to do!

- J L in GAAeratesGood Air Flow. The wine seems to taste the same, but it had more bubbles, which was nice. It was easy to clean and seems to be high quality. We bought the stainless looking one. It is 5.2 inches long and has a plastic top. It looks very nice in the color we chose with the black bottom.
- APRabbit vs HoudiniI bought this on another Amazon account so it won't show up as a verified purchase here. It is 1-1/2 times the price of a similar looking product by Houdini, so I bought that as well to figure out the difference. There isn't any - on examination, they are identical in material, build, and detailing. So if you want this type of egg-shaped pourer, save yourself 7 bucks and buy the Houdini.
However, when I tried this egg shaped pourer with clear water (so as not to contaminate it) it became quickly clear what the difference is between it and and spout shaped pourers (we have been using one for years) - with those the device starts aerating as soon as the bottle is a little past the horizontal, a natural holding position. With this you have to angle the bottle at least 15-20 degrees past the horizontal, in an uncomfortable position, to get enough flow for it to aerate. Also, the liquid doesn't come out in a slender twisted vertical stream as in the product photos, it pours out along the rim in multiple small streams, creating some splatter so you have to hold it right at the rim of the glass to not make a mess outside it. So quite inelegant if the act of pouring wine is important to you. - JeffWorks perfectI had a different one from another manufacturer and it broke. This one seems very sturdy.
