I know ankle pain and have been through what seems like hundreds of ankle braces. All different kinds. I would definitely recommend this one hands down. This thing is super soft and has just the right tightness without being too tight. Doesn't cut off circulation from being to tight. Relieves pain instantly. It's super comfortable to wear as well. Now I work on my feet all day and workout as much as possible so i pretty much have a brace on 24/7. I've attached photos of new and older brace I've used in past. This one seems alot more durable and what I like the most is you don't have to wrap it. The stability this thing gives you is hands down best I've found! Fits just fine in my work boots and shoes like nothings there! Also, I ordered a large and i wear a 10.5 US and fits perfect! 11/10

It arrived promptly and I was impressed with the quality of the brace, which fits like a sock. It is sturdy, but soft, stretches comfortably but is still built to do the job. I put this on in the evening before bed, and my foot almost sighs out loud with relief. I don't know how this works but in the morning, I have much less pain than ever before. It fits in my shoes, too. The important part of Modvel, though, is customer support. I was sloppy about the sizing and didn't pay attention to the directions. There is even a picture for demonstration, so I am not proud. But Modvel responded to my question with thorough consideration and information, demonstrating authentic concern for my poor foot. A person, not a bot. The company took care of my needs and got me on the way to healing. I am very grateful.

These work well, but the sizing wasn’t right for me, so definitely pay close attention to the size chart. I wore them to bed the first night and they seemed to help my feet, but they ended up being too baggy. I’ll need to order a smaller size and try again. Good support overall if you get the right fit. - Amy M DickersonWeak AnklesFor the weak! My daughter has weak ankles to say the least. She fell exiting a bus. Was in a boot for a couple of months then started Physical Therapy. Her therapist recommended ankle support, compression socks or both in her case. I was able to find these, have them shipped to her 5 hours away, and she loves them. She said she can wear a sock over the ankle compression and no one even knows. Her ankles feel supported and she has been able to recover.
- The MartmanThese are decent.These work for ankle pain. They are easy to get on and off. They can be worn over or under socks...I have't tried the straps that are not sewn into the sock like other braces I've used, the straps are seperate from the socks, but luckily the compression of these braces by themselve keeps my ankle pain manageable. I'm a 65 year old mailman who walks 3 hours a day and then 5 hours of jumping in and out of my vehicle.
I think I might have a slight achilles tear causing the pain, but with these and other braces I haven't had to see an ortho doctor yet.
