The suction part for glass and the glued part for wood. Strong and durable and very easy to use. - TWJBest suction hooksAmazing! I just had a brand new master bath remodel and the designer didn’t leave space on the walls for a towel bar. I was mortified! These little hooks took care of that. They easily attached to the glass shower wall and are super heavy duty. They look nice and hold a bath towel or beach towel easily. I put 4 up and am amazed how I can hang a complete outfit on hangers off one hook without it losing suction from the weight. I highly recommend!

They stick really well to tile and haven’t fallen off even with heavy towels or loofahs hanging on them. Easy to install — just press and lock. I like that I can move them around without leaving marks. Definitely a solid buy!
- BuzzzzNOT Metal, But Good EnoughThese look like metal and are described in the listing title as Polished Matte Chrome or Brushed Nickel, but they're plastic. Further down in the description, this is disclosed, but I docked them one star for the misleading title. Still, they are solid, are easily stuck to any smooth wall with a slick suction cup system, and do the job well of holding a wash cloth, towel, hat, or whatever.
- Jk PewittEasy, lightweight, adjusts to many surfaces, and inexpensiveWe have attached these onto the glass shower doors and they work as promised. Easy to install and convenient for their purpose. Light weight, look nice, and ease of use.
- jjambroPerfect solution for a difficult problem.We remodeled our small bathroom, and really didn't have much wall space to hang towels. I attached these to the outside of a smooth glass shower wall. They have been in place for over a year with no slippage or detachment. They still look fine, although they are basic black plastic. I'd definitely buy them again.
- D. RobinsonWorks only on very limited surfacesI have used these suction cup hooks for about a year now. They look nice, are easy to install, and they held my bath towels without ever falling off the wall. I even used one to hang my purse, which weighs more than an average bath towel. However, they are ONLY suited to using on glass or tile. They are VERY difficult to remove from any other surface, and will most likely require a patch job, as I sadly just discovered, even though I followed the original instructions for installing them on uneven/porous surfaces. The updated product info says not for painted or textured surfaces (I can't even pry one of them off a smooth metal wall cabinet) so only get this for use on glass or tile if you want to save yourself a headache later on.
- Frances N.easy to use suction hooks or lightweight itemsThese are great hooks for use when you do not want a permanent hole in a wall or a door. I wanted to hang my handbag in my front closet on the back of the door, however , these hooks won't hold it. I carry the average things in my handbag: sunglasses, wallet, small makeup / med case , brush, keys. It's a good hook for one sweater or light weight jacket. Or for an apron or dish towel in the kitchen, I did hang one on the inside of my stainless sink to drip dry my microfiber washrags and for this purpose it is great.
