Two individual grips that slid on either side of the screen. Unfortunately after years of playing, they were no longer locking in place securely. They'd move back and forth, causing lost connection constantly. I tried to put on the original controllers, but the problem still persisted. I had hoped this product would solve the problem, and I'm am so thankful it did! It fits snug and secure. No more wobbly controls, and lost connections. I couldn't be more thrilled with this product. It was easy enough to connect to my OLED switch, and for the price, it has exceeded my expectations. I was very worried it wouldn't work, because my original grips wouldn't connect at all due to the issue I was having. But this product works perfectly!

- LexyVery sturdy!!!My son chose the lightening design and it is really a cool display! You can use the little sun button in the back to switch through colors. The handles seem so much sturdier than the original Nintendo switch consoles. It fits the OLED switch snuggly so there's no wiggle room for anything to get loose and mess up gaming.
Only thing I have an issue with, I need to reconnect controller to the console every time he uses it. It either doesn't stay connected or loses connection somehow. - DevinWorth the buyReally enjoy the controller. Slightly bulky but easy to get used to. It does make using the switch in tablet mode a little more comfortable. I have noticed some buttons starting to stick slightly after a lot of use and the vibration is fairly loud, which this can be turned on and off but playing a game without vibration hurts emersion for me. The button be cleaned but it is definitely more of a nuisance. Still worth the purchase.

I've dropped it a few times, it's still like new. It lasts a very long time before it needs to be charged, in fact, I cannot remember when I last charged it. Still has a lot of power left. Definitely keeps my hands from being tired from prolonged use, I'm a gamer and play for hours at a time. Definitely recommend, treat yourself if it's on sale and buy it.
- Brent CottrillFor ages 13+We bought two of these for my boys ages 10 and 8. My oldest used it a few times but stopped using it because it was to big and bulky for his hands. My youngest tried it once and didn’t like it. Also it has an internal battery so you have to charge it after every use which is not ideal for younger kids. I would recommend this for teenagers and adults but not for young kids. Overall the quality was nice and it reacted well when using.
