We had a foot of snow and the cover worked exceptionally well for the back window but only covered about 95% of the front windshield. All in all I was pleased with the time it saved me to clean off my van. I like the elastic straps to use to secure the covers to the side mirrors and the added flaps that go inside the doors to also secure the cover. They are sturdy, too!

It goes low enough to keep snow or ice from accumulating in the depression where the wipers are located, so no trying to pry your wipers loose where snow normally accumulates in that area. Once off, it dried rapidly.

No longer dread threat of snow or ice storm. A couple of gallon size plastic bags over the mirrors and silicone on the rubber of the doors to prevent sticking and now set for the winter. Bring it! - shopperHelpful if you use itI bought one of these before. The material on the underside started to wear out with *very little* use. I can see through it in *several* little pinholes, however it is still functional a year or two later. It was the most affordable product of this type with good reviews. It does sometimes get blown by the wind. The “anti theft” straps help with that, I find them an essential part of use.
It also can get moved around when you're cleaning snow off, sometimes you might end up with snow where you don’t want it. Or it might freeze to the windshield if the precipitation is more rain than snow. It hasn’t been “serious”, but it happens.
Overall, I still bought a second one for a different vehicle. It’s better than snow all over your windshield! Might have to adjust it a few times for best fit. The case is a nice idea, but after you’ve cleaned the windshield cover off it is often snowy or icy, not really going back into its storage bag. I usually hang it up in the sun somewhere and fold it up later.
Check your measurements if you can. The new one I bought claimed to fit a specific vehicle, but it’s a couple inches too big. Not sure if it’s worth returning or if they have a better size. Still works okay, but it doesn’t lay totally flat.
