- Just Some GuyGreat and affordable tool.Big upgrade from the Ti-83 I used in school 20 years ago. Also the built in rechargeable battery is definitely a plus. This calculator can run Python scripts as well as Texas Instruments' proprietary TI-Basic. Not a feature I have much use for but nice nonetheless. Probably the best thing though is the backlit color screen. It makes graphs much easier to see than on those old monochrome and low resolution displays on older calculators. And despite inflation and all that, these calculators remain affordable. I'm very satisfied with it.

There's an option to reduce and increase the brightness of the screen and it comes with a charger. Ive needed to charge it about every 4 months which is great since I use it basically everyday.

It has a very sturdy build and it has a shell it slides into for safekeeping when not in use.
It requires to be charged once a week or so. It is pretty good at holding charge.
This model can handle Python code although I have not explored it yet.
It has a large screen with brightness control.
It is excellent for graphing, scientific calculations and also for engineering school students.
