    I recently purchased a v hoverboard for recreational use, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in terms of fun and convenience. Here's my review based on my experience with this product:

    The kids use these almost non-stop for the past year. My house has more damage now than the boards themselves. No issues at all other than keep in mind that you fall alot so be prepared. Functionally these are great and so much fun my kids have not yet tired of them.

    Got my kids these for Christmas. They are ages 9, 9, and 12, with weights around 70, 90, and 110 pounds.

    They were excited to get these, and we quickly plugged them in. When charged up, we went to the basement, and started them one at a time. They all were able to ride comfortably within minutes, and the second ride of the day they looked completely natural at it.

    However, run times were less than stellar, and very much weight based. The heavier the ride, the shorter the ride. The heaviest child only got about 23-24 minutes in a ride, while the lightest got about 27-28 minutes.

    This run time wouldn't be as big of a deal if they charged faster. Charge times were about 5-6 hours before they were ready to go again. This means about 2 rides possible in a day, with less than an hour total.

    We haven't tried the non-balance assist mode, so maybe that would extend battery life. But it wouldn't affect charge time.

    That is really the only main downside we have encountered in using these for weeks.
